About CHM College
Smt. Chandibai Himathmal Mansukhani College (CHM) Thane, was established in 1965 to cater to aspirations of the minority Sindh Community. It is also is known by the name of Smt. C.H.M. College of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management, Mass Media and Information Technology, and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. It offers full-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce, along with additional junior college courses in Information Technology, Environmental Studies, and Physical Education. Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses are also available.

CHM Thane Admission
The admissions to all the courses are done through an admission test and interview. For the Ph.D. program, candidates having a valid score in NET/ JRF/ UGC can apply for direct admission. Candidates need to follow a sequence of steps to apply for admission

CHM Thane Placement
The opportunities for placement are very high in this college. The college does not have any official Training and Placement Cell. However, the faculty takes an active interest and helps students with employment offers. Various companies participate in the placement drive and select good quality students. - Gym Khana & Sports Ground: The college has 1 gymkhana .where students can perform fitness activities and 2 sports ground for different outdoor games
- Laboratories-The laboratories are equipped with modern instruments to cater to the needs of the present syllabus and beyond.
- Reading Room - 225 students can be accommodated in large and reading room attached to the Main Library.
- Library - There is also a central library. It also has a total number of 74,230 Books, including 16,000 textbooks, 101 Journal, and 28 newspapers.
- Canteen: The college has a canteen which serves good quality of food with proper hygiene
- Auditorium: There is an auditorium with 150 seating capacity and an open auditorium
CHM Thane Scholarships
Students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC and EWS category can apply for fee-concessions. A one-time scholarship is given to students with exemplary performance when admitted. Other than that, the college does not provide any annual scholarships. CHM, Thane also helps students secure education loans from different banks.

Eligibility of the course was having good score in the board 12th examination. The more good marks or percentage you have the more easily you can get admission here. we can find the application of admission on the college website itself and also can ask the doubts regarding the admission by visiting the college. We have two exams in each year and the difficulty level is moderate if you study well you can score good.

Admission process was quite smooth the eligibility was 12th pass with 60% ,application form and date may be found on college's website also fees can be viewed in prospectus of college ,frequency for exam is 2 semester in each year it was average level

The admission process was relatively straight forward for me. After scoring 55% in PCMB in my 12 th board exam I applied for bsc computer science. Initially, I filled out the university's application form, followed by the college's form on their website. Fortunately, my name appeared on the cutoff list, accessible both online and the notice board. However, dealing with separate forms for the university and college was a bit of a hassle, and securing admission to the college required some effort despite making the cutoff. The document submission process was also lengthy and tiring, leaving me exhausted by the end of all.

As I had done HSC from Science Background so cutoff for me was less than the other stream for BMS. Applied college on University list for admission Was selected in the second merit list If you are from Reservation Quota, especially from Sindhi Quota you can take admission at less percentage also

A candidate who has passed a Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration (B.sc. or equivalent) under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university. Application forms, dates, and fee structure will get on the CHM College official website. First, have to pay the total fees then after filling out the scholarship form on the debt sitr will get the 75% amount back in your account.

After my 12th result declaration first of all I filed a University of Mumbai form because my college was affiliated with Mumbai University after that, I filled out a form from my college website to take admission to college after the filling form my percentage matched with college merit list and I got admission.
Admission:
Eligibility 12th passed from any stream. Students first need to apply on the Mumbai University website and after that on the college website. Reservation benefits are applicable only to SC/ST students. The BMS department does not provide any benefits to OBC or other category students. First-year fees: Rs 2591, Second-year fees: Rs 1994, Third-year fees: Rs 2841.
Admission:
The eligibility of the course was 10+2 science passed with a minimum of 50% in the 12th class. The application form was available on the Mumbai University website and the college form was available on the college website for 100 rupees. Reservations were given to sc and st. Improvement has been already seen as the procedure was online so we haven't visited the college for admission.
