Course Curriculum Overview :

Due to recent autonomy and NEP structure inclusion, the course curriculums are starting to become more relevant to current scenario of the world. The teaching methods are still a little old-school as teachers prefer using blackboards over presentations but some teachers like to use things like Google Classroom to enhance learning experience.

Internships Opportunities :

The college does not offer internships on a regular basis but some companies have links with professors who can recommend a student for internships. As far as stipend is concerned, most internships offered to students here are unpaid.

Placement Experience :

The college has a placement cell which works hard to ensure deserving students get a chance for working at a good firm. The cell has a WhatsApp group of interested students and regular updates of internships and job offers are posted on the group which is accessible to everyone. The percentage of placements is undisclosed. The average package is said to be 5LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

First year fees: 7400rs Second year fees: 8800rs Third year fees: 9600rs Fees are reduced for SC/ST students but full fee is taken in order to obtain marksheets. The fees will increase everyeae due to college being autonomous and having NEP curriculum. There are small fees for almost everything you break in laboratories and a 500rs fine for misbehaviour.

Campus Life :

Campus life is pretty fun with all the activities that the college hosts. There are regular sport events in the college every two months where students can compete and get a chance to play for college teams. There are multiple fests and events that take place during the month of December and a lot of cultural days where everyone can participate in their own way.

Admission :

Due to a lower 12th percentage there were only a few reputable colleges that had good teachers and curriculum for science. Sathaye college is a no brainer for any science student to likes to gain knowledge. The cutoffs change every year but the admission process is very simple. 100% of the admission is online and you just have to submit the documents physically in college office.

Faculty :

The faculty members for my course are qualified professors with PhD's. The ratio is quite small as there are only a few students. The best faculties in the college are Arts faculties as they seem pretty fun. There are 6 semesters which have different number of exams, depending on course and number of subjects chosen. Over 60% students fail due to exams being tough.

MY DREAM COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The thing that influenced to opt for this course were the job opportunities like after completing my masters in microbiology i can work as a lab technician in a science lab where i work on genes cells and many more things which i am comoletely interested in. According to there are no such areas which needs improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The exams were easy for me but a bit tricky too .

Capus Life Doesn’t Matter, If You Love Your College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Using BSE as my course is due to, they will of joining defence forces as defence doesn't need any high-level of education, but moderate one. So I decided to continue with Bsc in Physics as I was in first year. I had three subjects that is physics chemistry maths later on, on second year, I dropped Maths and continued with chemistry and physics is currently I am pursing my second year. I have decided that in third year, I will continue with Physics as there is best faculty, best teachers with all the good experiences and communication. as coming to difficulty levels of exam, if you are attainable in college, then you don't need to have any kind of extra classes as well as mentorship from any third person

Placement Experience:

After Sem 4 students are eligible for placements. Companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, LTI and others visit colleges for placement. Packages vary from company to company it starts from 3.5 L to 4.5/5 L. Percentage of students getting placements are 40-50% . It totally depends on students who want to apply for jobs. My plans are to doing masters in IT and do a job in one of the reputed companies. Also I have cleared aptitude round for Wipro company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course to explore my knowledge in IT background. The faculty is quite amazing. Everyone is supportive and kind to students. They also guide students if they are weak or they have some doubts. They also support extra-curricular activities for students like they tell students to participate and explore college life in sports, other colleges fests. The student ratio was 60 per class with different faculties for different subjects. The qualification of the faculty are Masters and PhD level some are doing PhD and others have completed their's masters. Teachers pay attention to every student. The exams were term based like we have internals after every 2 months and then after that semester and the practical exam was scheduled. Internals were comparatively easy than other exams.
