Remarks :

All is well. You will got a good chance to pe part of BIT family. You will enjoy lots in this program. Fee structure is very less as compare to other college. You will got lots of job opportunity. Faculty members are very helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course structure is awesome. Total 4 semeter in MBA. Two year is common for all and two are specialized. You got dual specialization and both are major. You have lots of option to choose your subject in your specialisation as per own interest. There are also language subject in you course structure i.e German, French etc. You will learn two semester.

College Events :

There are lots of event happen in MBA program. Time to time business plan competition. Time to time industry visit. National and International conclave are happen in campus. You have lots of opportunity to participate in all events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is 5 Lakhs including hostel, Exam, book charge.

Campus Life :

There are lots of extracurricular activities. There are one sports fest in this BITIAN and Non BITIAN participate. There are one management fest in every year. There were one college annual fest. This is 5 days fest.

Hostel Facilities :

I got single room in a hotel. All facilites are available in hotel. Very neat and clean hostel. You got goid quality of food. There are also sports groud. Wifi, drinking water, hot water for bath, security graud all available.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes there are very big alumni network named as BITOSA. There are lots of Bitosa chapter in India and Abrod. When you will available in any city you will join own city Bitosa chaper and time to time you got update.

Admission :

Firstly I appeared in CMAT/MAT then I applied for MBA progran on score card basis. Then appeared GD & PI. After some days Merit list was available on College website then I got admission. If you got good Score in CMAT/ MAT and perform very well then you got chance for admission.

Faculty :

All faculty are PhD holder and min 5 yrs of experience. And time to time visiting faculty is also available. If you find any dificulty in any paper then our director will call for visting faculty of IIM

Placement Experience:

100% placement assistance is provided to the students and after in the term of placement of the students university is too good at it. And they focus each and every students for the placement drive and after all it's totally depends upon the student whether they want to opt in for the placement drive or they want to opt out for the placement drive due to higher studies and starting or managing their own business.

Xiss my POV

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

Life at XLRI

Course Curriculum Overview:

The HR course was quite comprehensive. Lots of subjects were dedicated to different functionalities of HR. Lots of focus on Law, and employee benefits, worker rights and employer responsibility. The course boasts of some of the stalwarts of the industry teaching different courses such as the Professor who teaches compensation is responsible for designing the compensation structure over at HUL. It's very comprehensive, and periodically reviewed to remain relevant to the changing times

XISS a place to get MBA

Course Curriculum Overview:

My Fate, I just slipped in the name of the college, 'social service'. Never do that mistake. That too if u r experienced, Please do not even see the college website. I chose rural management, funny. 75 students in a class. 6-7 faculty in the department. Half of the faculty doesn't speak proper English. There is a lady called Aditi who is placement coordinator. She cannot speak a word in English. She is the placement coordinator.... just imagine situation of the placement. In the second year of the college, from each department, a placement representative will be selected through election. All the PRs should work under her. That's the horrible part. She is a coordinator but acts like a gangster. U cannot call her with name. In 2020, that too a professional course, u cannot call anybody with name. Same old slave mentality. U should call by mam and sir. She ruined my entire second year because I was a non hindi speaking student. Teaching faculties are well qualified but 1940-50 methodologies

There are so many companies came, all students tried well I am luckily not participating I will take part in next year. The Percentage of students getting placement is 85 plus, but my percentage is 82, I will work hard on the next sitting.

A good place to explore

Remarks:

IMS is located in the heart of Capital of Jharkhand Ranchi surrounded by Parks and greenery. College is good. I can give 8 out of 10. It's not like IIMs or other prestigious colleges but it is nice college to explore your inner talent.
