Course that caters to the needs of the industry.

Remarks :

College is very thorough and the course is very well designed to cater to the needs of the industry.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is well oriented towards the current needs of the healthcare industry. It grooms the students well enough and we are even taught extra subjects like computer applications so that they are ready to face the actual or technical challenges that may be presented.

Placement Experience :

Placements are well managed and various companies like Johnson and Johnson and Glenmark do come to the campus. Even for internships, various companies like Cipla are involved.

College Events :

Events are pretty much managed by the students and there are tons of extracurricular activities happening throughout the year. We have taken part in various intercollegiate fests and emerged victoriously. We do organize our own fest too both corporate and cultural. We also have a committee dedicated to social work and cause.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is pretty demanding but then again the course is pretty demanding. It might come across as expensive but the subjects that it offers and all the exposure it provides its pretty much worth it. No additional fees are charged and the fee structure is very transparent.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I haven't opted for any scholarships or educational loans so I can't really answer this but I think the college does provide a scholarship for children in need.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is pretty good. The gender ratio is healthy and people from all types of economic/ religious backgrounds are found here. It's a healthy mix of students from all over India and even some from outside India. It's a fun and healthy environment to be in.

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students are successfully placed all over India and even abroad. Alumni are regularly called to give extra lectures and prepare us for the healthcare industry.

Admission :

I had given the NPAT entrance test which tests you on your aptitude language and basic mathematical skills. It was a common entrance test for all the different courses provided by nmims University. There was an interview round too after which the selection process happened.

Faculty :

The faculty is very well managed. Both in theory and practical approach the professors are very good at teaching the required subjects. All of them have the required expertise in their fields and simultaneously working on their own research as well. The subjects are taught well and are very clear.

College provides with the placements . Many companies come for the placements but the average package is quite low like 2lpa and highest package of 3-3.5 lpa . Around 50 percent students are placed. The shortlisting for the placements is by the cgpa and the knowledge and on the basis of interview

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very interested in this course. As I love being in medical field this course keeps me in touch with the same. I don't think that there is need to improve in the course and the teaching methods are the best here. The exams are kept after every 2 months which I think is fine.

Rank holders in the institute, receives a priority when it comes to internships and job opportunities. Attendance is very much needed to survive in this institute and it's very important to note down all the notes and details given by the faculty members.
