Remarks :
Though the college is expensive for the average indian family but the facilities and infrastructure is a prove for the high fees structure. The canteens facilities could be a bit cheaper. The placement cell is very good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course structure is almost same as what is prescribed by the KERALA TECHNICIAL UNIVERSITY(KTU). Their is not a major change with respect to that. The lab sometimes gives you a pain in the neck. The labs facilities are very large.
Placement Experience :
Almost 90% of the students are placed in various IT companies. College provides internship for students in abroad also. Rest 10% who are not placed in various companies are those who prefer for higher studies.
College Events :
Main festival that is celebrated in the college is rajagiri techfest which in held in the month of november before the semester. It invites the major social apps developers to the college for various classes.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees structure is quite expensive as compared to other colleges under KTU. The college offer less chances for merit scholarships. I didn’t get the scholarship even though my seat was a government merit.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college didn’t offer any scholarship for me. But for schedueled tribes the college offer various scholarships and loans even for buying laptop they have a scholarship of 30000. They have scholarship for those students whose ranks are under 3000 for KEAM
Campus Life :
Boys and girls get equal opportunity for each and every activities in the college. College has facilities for football, basketball, cricket, badminton, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, chess. They also have various arts and cultural activities.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility is very much expensive. It cost around 75000 for the average room but for the separate bathroom it is above 1 lakh. The hostel standards are very high and the quality of food and the menu are very good.
Alumni/Alumna :
The alumni association is one of the major sponsers of major events in the college. The alumni supports various students innovative ideas and gives them a intro to the various IT giants. Alumni gives various motivational classes to students.
Admission :
I wrote the kerala entrance examination (KEAM) and scored a rank of 6545 through which i got admission in this college through government merit of latin catholic reservation. The admission was straight forward just pat the prescribed fees.
Faculty :
The faculty are well qualified and are very much interested in the upliftment of the students. The minimum qualification required for them is M. Tech degree. The teachers are ready to stay after college hours for the clarifying the doubts.
