Remarks

Mainly positive is fee structure Faculty which are very responsive And kind of heritage building Negatives Since it is a government college You have deal with your stuff And the process of the must have been little simpler

Course Curriculum Overview

Studying engineering and having a good result majorly depends on the individual wherever Course structure is pretty simple When came to labs they are older But even though you get the heritage feeling

Placement Experience

Placements are very good I found many of the IT students gets 100% placement Many mnc companies have attended And even though many core companies have attended Civil and mechanical departments have lesser placements

College Events

Since it is a government The events celebrated are pretty decent as compared to other private institutes Participation in many events ate pretty simple Management depends on the students who take the responsibility

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is the main asset for the college With the fee as low as 26k per academic year It is very reasonable for the students And you have to pay around 2k for exam fee Each sem Which is also little low

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont find any loan offered by the college But all the scholarships are given by the college l,if you’re eligible Like MHRD Epass And you may have many other regional scholarships Epass is the main scholarship every students gets

Campus Life

Mainly we dont find extracurricular activities in engineering colleges But you may find fields for sports stuff And lab as mentioned are pretty decent And lab assistants are bery helpful Many ways

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is pretty decent I have come across many of the seniors And they are helpful in many ways Like Sharing their tricks too And They are helpful to college too In many supportive ways too

Admission

CET ENTRANCE EXAM since its is college which has been through for more than 100 years Expectation on this is obviously high Even though the fee structure is very low for a technical education And with efficient staff,it is the best to choose

Faculty

Faculty of the this college is the major asset Each and everyone is a phd holder They are very specific to their terms They are punctual too unlike others And the interest totally depends on the individual

After 6th sem they will provide campus placement and training in that we got HP company for that 15 ppl were selected with package of 7lpa after that amazon and HCL were visited then tech mahendra etc companies are visited while 40% ppl only got placed

from 7th semester students become elegible for campus placements razorpay,launchED,altisource,progress software,42 gears etc the highest package is about 7LPA and the average package is about 3LPA percentage of getting placement is 50% due to the recission

From 6th semester students are eligible for taking interships and they get placed in 7th semester and have to leave campus after 8th semester the highest would somewhere aroubd 20 lpa and avg would be 9 to 10 lpa . I had applied to the UVCE for civil engineering branch first option and first round I got BIT college i don't have interest to go to that college because of high fees . So I waited for UVCE college because of its professors and it's name and famous earlier and it's a first engineering college in the Karnataka and it's 5th engineering college in the india because of its history i have choose this college . Students need to rank below 5000 in KCET exam to get ISE and CSE branch and 10000 for ECE and EEE branch and 20000 for Civil and Mech branch .
