Remarks :

The college has good infrastructure and faculty. we have great exposure to different competitions occuring outside and the college supports totally for it. Recently one of our senior alumni got gold for India in a international level project due to his hardwork and support from college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is good but it's quite hectic. you need to do labs and theory which makes you busy fr whole day. We have 2 internal test with less marks and 1 main exam with big marks. assignment submission and attendence also play vital role in your result.

Placement Experience :

We have quite a no. Of companies coming to our college like the day 1 companies cognizant,Wipro,tcs,infosis with gives 3. 5 lakhpackage on an average but we also we have day0 companies that pay up to 5lakh package.

College Events :

We have many events like the traditional days being celebrated sarswati,puja holi,Ganesh puja etc. Apart from it we have vidyantrik which is technical fest of our college, students from different colleges also come to participate in it. we also have celegance the cultural fest of our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees structure is feasible comparing to the difference colleges. aprox 1. 5 lakh max. We have all the facilities of lab fest etc included in it. For hotel charges is 70,000 inclusive of all which again is amazingly feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I hadn't applied for any. but there are some scholarships of your parents income is less. You need to get the documents and apply. Wait for months and you may possibly get it. For girls also we have some scholarships.

Campus Life :

We have many labs for different branches like computer science students have Java lab,c lab, Google lab,data structure lab. Electronic students have instrumentation lab,analog lab,digital lab,etc. Also we have many sports like volleyball, basketball, basketball, cricket, swimming. most of them are played by girls too like basketball, cricket, badminton,etc.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel room is shared by 4 and the room is huge. The hostel infrastructure is very good. Huge room, wardrobe, balcony. The hostel mess is in the hostel itself. And we have 5 wardens who take care of hostel and students

Alumni/Alumna :

The seniors have always been amazingly helpful. It's a friendly relationship between juniors and seniors. They help us and we too. they guide us in projects ND study and we become friends even after they are our seniors.

Admission :

We either have to give jeexam or ojee and apply online. then according to your rank you will be called to called and will get admission if your rank is pretty good. Even if you don't get admission you can apply for spot round counselling.

Faculty :

The faculty is good. actually it depends it's like sometime uh get a good faculty and sometimes not too good. but in any case the faculty is experienced. they are much qualified and try to clear all our doubts.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

KIIT- The Real Truth Of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice. There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.

Good facilities that needs to be grabbed.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario for now it not that good. There is regression going on so the companies aren't taking that many students. From the 3rd year you are eligible for placements. 450 companies came this year for placements making 5200 job offers. The highest placement this year was 63 lacs by Yugabyte. Average CTC is 8.5 lacs in all streams. Mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Mindtree, Bosch, Ericsson, IBM etc. Many other notable companies that visited are Bain & Company, CME group, DE shaw & co, JP Morgan Chase etc. According to kiit website, 90% students are placed. 2100 students also got internships via capstone route. My plans after getting the degree is to do a job for some years and then after getting some experience I want to do a startup.
