Remarks :

Extracurricular activities are very low compared to other colleges. There is no initiative from the side of college while doing any performance like bands. they were only concentrate to academics. Positive side is that very beautiful campus. Everyone is very helpful to alll

Course Curriculum Overview :

When I was studying the course,it was very difficult for everyone.The new University started with all engineering colleges.Actually they don't know about the curriculum at that time.So it was very difficult for me.But I was tried my maximum to overcome the curriculum.I achieved by the hardwork and determination.

Placement Experience :

Actually placements are well gone through my course period compare to last year's.Placements were gone at the last year of our college life.And placements are mainly for the full pass students.I had arrears at that time.So I doesn't perform very well to that.there was a placement class for everyone.Coming to internship, it is necessary for our university in each year.In our college there was an internship done by one of the IIT college & we were done internship from techjeeva palarivattom at first year Coimbatore airport at third year.

College Events :

There was lots of celebration celebrated in our college.Onam celebration,keralapiravi,Christmas, holi celebration etc.We celebrated together with a pleasure of joy and happiness.every one dressed very well and take photos with everyone.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is same for all merit list students and management list students.My fee structure was 75000 per year.It is not much expensive than other colleges near by me.But in our college each year fees should be increased for new comers.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are lots of scholarship available in our college.Main scholarship is that for poor students.Those who are below poverty line will get 67000 RS scholarship so it will help the poor students.And those who are getting higher ranks in entrance exam, only pay 1000 RS in each year.loan facility is also available in our college.

Campus Life :

There are lots of extracurricular activities.National service scheme unit is active in our college.They are doing very good performance inside and outside of the campus.coming to the side of labs large no of labs are performing for the every branches.Well equipped and high performing devices are available in each labs.well educated staffs are available for helping students.There will be a sports day for students in every year.

Hostel Facilities :

Actually I was not a hostler.I was a day comer.I had a transportation facility to my home.So I preferred coming from home.hostel infrastructure is very good.Separate hostel for girls and boys.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

alumni interaction facility should done by college staffs in every year.It will be very helpful to the students to knowing the outside world.Senior students are very helpful to the junior students.Juniors were cleared the doubts with seniors.

Admission :

First of all, we have to apply entrance exam and prepare for the exam.We have to write the exam.During exam speed is the main thing.I got 68 mark in physics and chemistry and 20 mark in maths.After rank published, I got 25000 something rank.After this, applied to the best colleges near my house.I got seat from sahrdaya college.I enquired about the college.And I visited the college.I liked the college atmosphere and campus.

Faculty :

I got best teachers in my life.Because I was studied 4 year engineering course.So it was a long term course.It was the main reason for that.Because in our department there are limited no of teachers.So through the semester periods, same teachers were repeated for taking different subjects.So it was created lot of chances for mingling and accompanying with them.it was the best experience for me.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
