No, because our college is one of the best of our state and has some excellent faculties as well.but if you ask a negative Which should change is that they should not treat professional students as preliminary students that's all

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is good.Our college has catually 3 cat exams followed by the university examination. 3 cat exams means it comprises of maximum of 50 marks from all 3 and requires a minimum of 45% to clear it that's to write the university exam

Placement Experience :

I exactly doesn't know about internships happening in my college but there are many workshop and lectures happening in my college which are exactly as good as an internship which strictly makes you be good in practical exposure.Placements are very good in our college.best example is our last batch attaining 85% Placement results

College Events :

Ketchon Techon Arts day Padayani Sports day Tedx Iedc summit 2019 Tech fest Exhibition Nss events Workshops Iedc events Iee events Department days Film promotions Cultural events Rather than these we may some special days as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is 45000 per semester and for some students acquiring can be eligible for concession of 20000 from their fees and should only pay 25000. In that 45000, 37500 is the tuition fee and 7500 is the special fee.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The best loan facility is the education loan which gives the students opportunity to pay fee exactly as same as an emi which the students should pay the fees monthly as an installments. This gives students exactly a relief

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities are well organised by our student council and Vijay sir, our physical director. Our labs are one of the finest in our state which provides the best way practically expose our strength in that particular field

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, the alumni network provides us with alumni sessions in our college where an alumni of our college visits our college to interact with the students which provides more clear cut state of the outside world which we are going to face after our degree

Admission :

Attended all Kerala entrance examination and secured a minimum qualification rank and submitted the rank and application to the college which made my day. The selection was made According to both my rank and plus two mark.

Faculty :

Our college has an excellent faculty service including many of the faculties already completed PhD courses and many of them trying to achieve it.Actually as a joke we can say that an engineering college consist of more doctors than engineers( Doctorate)

The placement will be available from 6th semester onwards. Companies in techno park are mostly coming for placement in our collage. The average lpa is 2 and highest is like 10. CUSAT Cochin campus- best college life you can get in kerala

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from semester 6. Many of the largest companies such as Cisco, IBM, Wipro etc come for placements. The largest package was 40 LPA from IT department and average package is 6 LPA. Last year's batch had placement percentage of 90%. My future plans are to try my best for placements, no plans for suture studies as of now.

My College Life at FISAT

Placement Experience:

Mostly the students get prepared for placements in the third year. Placement training is usually started in the mid of the third year. According to the passed out students and our seniors, the institution has enough good placements compared to other private institutions. The students get placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students.The major activities of the Placement and Training Cell include coordinating the Campus placement activities of the college Conducting regular training for improving the soft-skills and conducting regular tests, GD`s and Mock Interviews. The major thrust area of the placement cell is training programs. Every student undergoes at least 150 hours of training programs which is spread across the years of study. They are trained by the best in the industry. Career guidance and placement orientation is ensured through sessions organised in-house and support from experts from outside. Guidance on how to prepare for various competitive exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, GRE, UPSC, PG entrance examinations etc. are also provided. Despite the economic uncertainties and industry challenges, the Class of 2024 achieved remarkable success in campus recruitment. A total of 78 students secured packages of 7LPA or more, with 484 offers from 76 companies. The highest package reached 15LPA, while the average package stood at a respectable 5.7LPA. Notable recruiters included TCS, CTS, SAP, Tataelxsi, People10, SOTI, UST, and Qburst. Core companies like Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Aarbee Structures, RDC, Saint Gobain, Dalmia, Walkaroo OEN, and Tejas Networks also hired students.
