Remarks :
Positive things in ssn are less strength and quality education is provided.And now from 2018 it has become autonomous and before that it has been affiliated to anna university.Now many things like curriculum and etc are changed.One and only negative thing is some minute lack of infrastructure
Course Curriculum Overview :
Im pursuing BE in electronics and communication engineering.course curriculum is absolutely fine in ssn.Not only ECE but also every department's curriculum is superb.Like labs,etc everything is fine.For every department in first semester all the subjects are same and also classes are combined for all the students.
Placement Experience :
While coming to the placements and job opportunies,there are a lot of opportunies for them.Each and every student in ssn confirmly will get the placement with high package.And in ssn many companys hire students with super dream packages.
College Events :
Nextly coming to the events that are celebrated in ssn,there are a lot.In them the major events in ssn Invente,a techinical 2 day fest in the month of september,Instincts,a 3 day cultural fest in the month of march every year.And the small events are like mela,udaan,sycon.etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
While talking about fee structure, it is somewhat expensive for the students who are from middle class and poor families.genearlly students through management have tution fee of 1,25,000 and for the students through dote have 60,000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
SSN gives much priority for scholarships.Every year nearly 800 students avail scholarship based on different categories like merit,merit-cum means,sports,walk in walk out for any board toppers,rural scholarships etc.
Campus Life :
Extracurricular activities like labs,sports,etc provisions are very good.We have well eqquipped labs,indoor and outdoor sports provisions like cricket,football stadiums,basketball courts,indoor sports complexetc.and also one central library.
Hostel Facilities :
Yeah,i have opted for hostel in ssn.Coming to infrastructure it is not that much high level but it is above average.While coming to type of accomodation,there are 3 share,2 share and single rooms.And also a special provision for international students.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni network and senior students are very helpeful to their ex institution and juniors respectively.Alumni members they donate some of their income to college in the form of funds to develop the college and also for scholarships.And seniors are very helpful to juniors.
Admission :
Basically I'm from Andhrapradesh.So I can come to ssn only through management quota.For that student should posses 10GPA in AP board in all group subjects,if so they are eligible.Then there will be an aptitude test and an interview.Based on these three I have been to this college.
Faculty :
In ssn faculty are obviously in an extreme level.Each and every faculty in ssn are doctorate holders.For first year students there are some subjects like maths,english,physics and chemistry.So for these subjects faculty are from respective departments.
