Remarks :

Good college to enjoy and study at the same time. We can gain much knowledge from SSN. We can do projects which is sponsored by the management.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our course is credit based system. We have 40 marks for internals and 60 marks for theory. Continuous assessment test will be conducted for 3 months. Marks from best two of the tests will be taken. The total of those two tests will be converted for 30 marks and the balance 10 marks is given through quiz , project, etc.

Class Size : 210Course Fees : INR 650000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement in our college is very good. Companies like amazon, TCS, ford, CTS, INFOSYS, bank of america, barclay banks, linked logistics and many other companies are coming for placement.

College Events :

We have all departments combined technical symposium called INVENTE. Which is conducted every year in the odd semester. It is an inter college event , many workshops and competions were conducted. In the even semester of every year we will have an inter college culturals called INSTINCTS which is celebrated in a very grand manner. DJ night, pro show, choreo night will be conducted for 3 days.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible fees structure. We can pay the fees through paytm or Demand draft. There is no extra additional fees/charges to be paid during admission. The college provides a detailed bill for the fee breakdown. The management quota students fees is slightly higher than the DOTE entry students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am availing post matric scholarship through which my tution fee is concessed. For 4 years I'm availing rs-2,20,000 as concession. I have availed a education loan. To avail education loan we must provide a bonafide certificate regarding the fees structure from the college to the bank.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio is 10:6. We have a diversed environment since many students are from other states. But we have a very good orienting environment. Students are friendly and there is no racism or castism. Language clubs, tech clubs and service clubs are also formed for uniting students in various activities.

Hostel Facilities :

I'm not opted for hostel. But SSN has an excellent hostel facility. We have more than 8 hostels for boys and 8 hostels for girls. 2 mess for boys and 1 mess for girls. The hostel fee is Rs-80,000 and 2500/month for mess bill.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumi are also friendly. They provide us much knowledge and information regarding the course. They gave us some useful tips for placement and tests. We have separate block for aluminis in our college. Every year we will have an alumini interaction.

Admission :

I got admission through TNEA counselling. SSN's infrastructure is excellent and its placement records are also good. So I opted for Computer science engineering in SSN. We can apply through TNEA counselling, JEE marks or by attending the entrance exam. While entering through management quota, there will be a direct interview.

Faculty :

In my department there will be around 30 lecturers. All are doctorate holders will average experience of 15 years. Most of the faculties are 40 years and above. The lectures are certified with industry experience. We will have smart classes and learning management system for classes. Notes and videos will be updated in the learning management system.
