Remarks :

The college had a very friendly environment and the teachers helped us to understand the concept very easily. Apart from this, the college is very encouraging towards giving the students heads up towards developing and in career growth.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course designed for the MA social work was very interesting and each year we learned new things. In each year, we had this field visit to any NGO and hospital to help the needy. And all the marks were carried forward as a practical paper.

Placement Experience :

In Masters of arts in social work, the students get a good opportunity to work for an NGO and other social welfare-related firms to continue the good work and the course. Moreover, many times students also opt for higher education.

College Events :

During these 3 years, I have attended all of the events and workshops organized by the college. And participating here enhancing the skills related to the college and the department. Recently I attended this national seminar on social exclusion and social justice and conferences and workshops to train my mental power and skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

My course was for 2 years and each Year I paid approximately around Rs 8,400/-, along with this the exam fees were paid separately which cost me around Rs 3,000/-. Thus, the fee structure is interesting and is less compared to any other college.

Campus Life :

The campus was well equipped with all the relevant requirements and was open to all the students. For instance, the library had good books and reference journals and publishing papers and bank to perform any type of financial task.

Admission :

For getting here I had to keep a check on the admission website. As per the policy direct admission and the first come first serve policy is implemented while admissions for distance learning. Moreover, Admission for the course was the same as the other colleges

Faculty :

All my professors were well trained and were different each year. Their way of teaching with relevant subject as well as training us to understand the practical nature of the social work helped us to gain good knowledge regarding the same.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Like if I say why I did choose the course of MA in English is just because I want to appear UGC neet exam and I want to be assistant professor in English it's my dream and even I want to even try in meaning other competitive examinations in our state and even in India. The only thing I can suggest to improve in the course circulum and teaching methods is that they need to make a things even understand in simple way to a high level of learning because some of our teacher use to teachers in a very high level of learning where other used to teachers in a very simple way.

Course Curriculum Overview:

sociology as an academic discipline is really sought after in the recent times. it is considered as one of the most sought elective chosen by the upsc aspirants and the discipline in itself gives you a great chance at understanding your society and other societies about how they function amd operate, provides knowledge about various cultures, health, environment, city structure and so much more. you can pursue higher studies or go for NET exams right after post graduation. you can also work with ngos and other nonprofit organizations. each semester is ideally of 6 months and two exams are there. the difficulty level of exams would range from moderate to high

Remarks:

A lot can be improved but people are too careless to do that. There has been much fund influx from government and rusa but nothing has been seen developing thourough those funds. The promise to do many things but do nothing. Only if faculties would care to do more then only e university may develop.
