Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I choose was 1 year were it’s more about learning advanced methods of cooking and new techniques which are now trend in food industry. They are industry visits in specific topic they take there explain how does it work and functions. There are on campus placement too.
Placement Experience :
The placement in the college are pretty high. They are many international companies coming to college for placement such as carnival cruises, Marroitts and many more.
College Events :
The college just turned 25 years there was a event happened we’re all the alumni have come and there were good suggestions and mutual guide line exchanged. The college does a world record every year as a challenge, we have done a largest edible painting in 2019.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
According to the fees structure the fee is responsible good the course which deals with many subjects cuisine involved in it. The College provides many ingredients to the students which are little costly and hard to find in the local areas. Compared to fee it’s responsible good.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have no idea about the scholarship or loan.. I haven’t taken any Loan or either scholarship so I can’t help you.
Campus Life :
Students are all around from the country u meet all diverse people with different mind and learn more. My friends are from various Ihm colleges, we work together with same mind set as a team work. These what our college thought we delivere it. The college

College helps with the alumni they refer us to them to come in contact and guide us . Culinary academy
Admission :
I was interested in learning about food and become a chef after the graduation I thought to choose a specific field as kitchen and want to learn more about it as culinary academy is the best choice to start a career in food industry. My friends who have been alumni in the college suggested me.
Faculty :
The faculty in the college are highly skilled and knowledgeable the experience they have in the industry helps us to learn . The faculty are always there too guide. The each specific subject the perticular chef is choosing with the experience in that area.
