Entrance Preview :
I took ATMA entrance examination, in which i scored 91.3 percentile. I opted this college because, 1. It has got the excellent faculty team and 2. ASCI brand image that will be huge advantage in our resumes. 3.highest industry exposure as a part of course curriculum when compared to other colleges 4. fees is also not very high comparatively.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is framed in such a way that a person from any background can easily get into the depth of health care curriculum has got hospital visits and project works, which make the course more interesting to learn and it helps in overall development of the student as a hospital manager
Internships Opportunities :
Our college provides two internships.1. as a summer internship - 2 months 2. as a part of fourth semester - on the jobpay during the internship is varied and depends on the place of work
Placement Experience :
Our seniors got placed in 1.Delloitte - 2 persons who had 45k-50k as initial package 2.Maxcure hospitals - 6 persons 3.Wockhardt -4.Prime era-our placements usually happen during october - novemberapart from the mentioned companies many other companies had come for placements
College Events :
Vivartana is a management fest that happens during september1.it contains poster and paper presentations by students from various colleges2.panel discussions by eminent industry experts3.As a student we get involved in planning and execution of the complete fest which gives us much of experience needed to handle things at work place Vibrations is the fest that happens in februarythis fest contains all the cultural and sporty activitiesall the management institutions are invited to participatethis is a huge event that will e memorable for everyone at ASCiapart from these events, there are -FRESHER'S event and FAREWELL event that is consucted by both 1st and 2nd years which also will make the student exposed to different kinds of works.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The total fees is 5,00,000 and 70,000 (including mess facility for day scholars) 40,000 of registration fees at the beginning, the 1,10,000 and then same pattern followed for every semesterfees is not very expensive it is feasible 70,000 for mess facility for day scholars is for two years, that is 35,000 per year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
ASCI is not offering any kind of loan or scholarship facility but, i have availed a study loan from Andhra bank for this course and the course fees is not very high, so education loan for the course can be obtained from any bank.
Campus Life :
Campus life is just awesome full of greenery in the center of the city very cool and pleasant atmosphere boys and girls are allowed to move freely in the campus but there is observation maintained all the time no incidents of harassment or misbehavior has occurred badminton court is there which is the most common sport played at ASCI every evening many of the students gather at the badminton court Table tennis, carroms are the two indoor games which many of us are familiar with at ASCI apart from these there is a sports meet that includes these games and championships are conducted there is a gymnasium (non AC) which is fully equipped with all the weights and fitness equipment
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food:1.HYGIENE - 10/102. HEALTHY - 9/103.TASTE - 9/104. QUALITY - 10/105. WORTH - 8/10-ON THE WHOLE - 9/10 Veg and Non veg are served good, hostel rooms are well furnished and maintained hostel ambiance and hygiene are maintained properly house keeping service is provided
Alumni/Alumna :
There is Alumni meeting that happens every alternate year everyone gets a chance to interact with the alumni ASCI alumni are spread vast in the industry and they will be helpful at some point of time definitely
Exam Structure :
Exams happen in the same campus. Every subject has internal assessment and external examination compulsory And also there are some internal marks retained with the faculty for the student's active participation in all the events and other skills Semester exams are definitely important and when we study for the exams we get lot of knowledge but anytime its not so hectic and tiresome to write and pass in ASCI exams
Faculty :
Faculty are really passionate to teach the subject in depth to every individual. Special mention about Prof. Mubeen rafat who is the best faculty of ASCI,who can teach accounts and finance to non finance students also in a very easy and understandable way.
