College Review

The college is good but he campus is very small and very close to the city road. So it is not much of a peace situation here. The teachers are really good. Events are celebrated in a very grand way in this college.

The Course is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. We have 100 marks for each subject (written) and 50 marks oral practical. FE and SE have online exams for 50 marks out of 100 and TE and BE have 100 written complete.

The placements are pretty good. Last year the maximum package reached 13 lakh for IT. Yes, our college does procide us guidance and support for internships during holidays. But they don't provide internship by themselves.

We have many cultural events such as SPANDAN and technical events such as Technophilia. It helps students to gain more knowledge. It is free for everyone to participate in these events. There are also some other clubs such as astronomy, chemistry etc.

Yes , it is one of the most reasonable fee structure. It is around 1 lakh per year. The fees reduce if you are eligible to scolarships or feeships. It is not at all expensive compared to other engineering colleges.

I don't know much about scolarships in our college. But there are scolarships for BPL students or students with caste reservation. The fees almost reduce to 50 thousand. I fall into the open category so there are no scolarship opportunities for me.

The labs are clean and tidy. We have all the apparatus. Extra curricular activities include technical teams who participate in national and international events such as BAJA , SUPRA , GoKart , and cultural national events such as Firodiya and Purushottam Karandak.

No , I haven't opted for hostel. But as I have heard , the college hostel is good with good facilities. It is close to the college so the students don't have to worry about transport. There are many meses nearby the hostel as well.

There is not much of a alumini network in our college. The alumni have frequent trips to the college. If we want to get in contact with them the professor do help us in that. But there is no strong alumni network.

We have to appear the CET exam after 12th standard. And the admissions are based on merit. You can also take admission through your JEE marks if you are not a resident of Maharashtra. Minimum cut-off for this college is around 120/200 for CET.

The faculty is very supportive, be it academic or extra curriculum. The are experienced in their respective fields and so they can give us more practical knowledge instead of just bookish knowledge.
