Shekhar Singh Rathore's Review On Pranveer Singh Institute Of Technology - [PSIT], Kanpur

Entrance Preview :

I took UPSEE entarnce exam .

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is good a they have tutorials and class rooms separate to cover up maximum knowledge within stipulated time.

Placement Experience :

At starting level 2008-09, it was haphazard and not managed properly but 2010 onward they improved a lot by inviting top companies of India.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio boys to girls are 60:40, life in the campus is very much entertaining as the infrastructure is awesome around 70 Acres to roam around. Sports are there but not managed properly.

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible for placements from the 7 th semester itself, a lot of campus placements occur here. The companies visiting are TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, MOTHERSO, TALENT SURV etc.. The highest package offered was 34 LPA and the average here is 4-5 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placed here with good package. I am basically aiming for a job too after completion of the course

Placement Experience:

The college placement is not too good . The students become applicable after the 3 year for the placement. Some companies which comes here are hcl, TCS byjus, Amazon etc. 80% of the btech students are placed ever year according to seniors. My plan after getting this degree is to make proud our country.

We can say that our curriculum is not that best because it's is autonomous college but few subjects are very helpful for us like ABC lab (acquiring business communication) it will help us to building for job interview and improve our communication skills.

Placements are average just like other AKTU colleges. Average package is between 4.75 LPA to 5LPA. Highest may go upto 44 LPA off campus. Median Package is around 4.25 LPA. That's not good but also not bad according to it's fees.
