- Faculty's are very supportive and humble. Almost all of the facilities have done phd. Their teaching method is very good to understand.
- Psit has a very good alumni network. They guide in a very good manner like a friend.
Dislikes
- Fine system of the college. Instead of fine they should punish students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In Psit, There is no need to write the assignments, we just have to learn all the things and assignments are taken as a test, thats a very good thing because we get the Mark's on our learning not by just copying assignment from internet and all. In the other hand, Psit runs a subject called PSA stands for Problem solving Approach, in this subject we learn the different approaches to solve the problems of our programming language. Nearly half of the DSA is covered in this subject.
Internships Opportunities :
PSIT provides various internships opportunities. Companies like Microsoft, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Tcs, etc provides internships for the roles of software developer, Cyber security expert's, senior executives etc. With the average stipend of 1 lakh+.
Placement Experience :
Psit is famous for its excellent placement records. Companies like Microsoft, Accenture, Google, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. Visit this college every year. The highest package offered till date is 66 lakhs in Google, and the average package of the college is 6 lakhs. Almost 93% students gets placed every year.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The Yearly fees for Btech Cse at PSIT is 180300. Which includes 109300 as tution fees or Aktu University fees and rest 71000 for other curriculae activities. Hostel fee for non ac rooms is 84000 and for ac rooms, it is 100000. Bus fee (Only for Day scholors) is 40000. There is no other expenses other than this..
Campus Life :
Campus life in PSIT is amazing. There are several clubs in thus college like Algo Club for Coding and higher level, Ingenious club for those who are interested in photography or videography. The annual fest of the college called as Ignitia held in the month of February every year. Various celebrities are invited there. Every club has thier own duty to make the ignitia Unique and memorable. The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library is 10 days, after 10 days either submit it or reissue. Faculties use projecters to visualize the things to make it nore understandable.
Admission :
I choose this college over other because this college is famous for its strictness and have a hood placements and internships records. Mainly Admission are taken in this college in this college is based on JEE mains scores. Cutoff rank for joining psit is about 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs. Direct admission process is also available in this college. For that you can visit the college campus or can directly apply from its online protal.
Faculty :
Faculty to student Ratio is good. Faculties are very supportive. We can approach our faculty to their cabin during college hours or by texting them after college. The exam system of this college is: • Class tests • Pre university • University Exam Marking schemes are internal marks and external marks. Internal marks is given on the basis of overall performance in college like- Behavior with Faculty, Attendance, performance in Class tests etc. and the external marks in the overall marks in University exams.
Night Life :
Nightlife in the college is very amazing. After the college hours students can go to canteen for refreshment or can walk around in college or can go to gym anywhere within the college campus. For going outside the campus (Only for hostelers) they need a short pass, can be created on students erp portal within seconds. Gate closing time during night is 10pm for short pass. Famous hangout places near the college are Food Court, Chauhan Dhaba, etc.
