Remarks :

open for all and freedom of choice is available no strict rules no uniform no tag no regulation over the physical appearance. Since management is supreme power their decisions are final even the faculties are not free of taking decision

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is according to New university KTU established in 2014.semester based exam system is followed with roughly 4 month for each semester.The exam are taking place at correct time as per academic calender

Placement Experience :

College don't provide internship but placement cell of college is active and provide opportunity for all placement from various companies.Last year a record of 400 students were placed under various companies

College Events :

The famous national level Technocultural fest CONJURA was comducted till 2017 and there after the name was changed to HESTIA more than 7000 participations were marked for last year HESTIA with an overall budget of 45 lakh.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Govt tuition fees is only required for annual fee along with hostel fee. Tuition is about 8775 per year and hostel fee will be around 4500 monthly. Fee structure is feasible since govt provide various scholarship are also available

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are various govt scholarship like MERIT CUM MEANS, General scholarship,national level scholarship etc.Along with this there are various alumni scholarships such as stars of 85. Foreign university like SIBCA also provide scholarships

Campus Life :

Our college is heading in all sports activities in our zonal competition for many years. Sports like volleyball,football,basketball,shuttle,table tennis,tennis,handball,cricket,athletics have team in our collwge

Hostel Facilities :

There are t3 hostel for boys and girls separately and hostel rate varies according to different hostel and its about 4000-5000 in most of the college hostel. All the hostel are run by the College management and qualities ensured

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Great alumni network is the strong base of our college .since a 60 year old college has made over one lakh engineers all over world. Most of the established alumni have brought their firms for placement here.

Admission :

Kerala Engineer Entrance rank is the criteria for admission.Ranks upto 3000 in general are eligible for admission.Along with entrance rank allotment procedure is there for admission.since TKM is one of the most famous college in keralay preference was to choose this college.

Faculty :

All the faculty are well qualified and educated. Most of them are alumni of our college itself.since college is govt aided faculty are unto the level. They are faculties with many years of experience.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
