Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes its fine and good. I opted the btech course in electrical and electronics here we leanerned in a good manner with alla the extra curiccular activities and so on and finally completed 4 year course and have 2 back logs

Placement Experience :

Yes both interships and placements was available.but most of them are for cs/it and ec we couldnt get any one in our core filed and still searching for a job in the field. it was good during internship days to know more about the working and it was an experience in my interships

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Web site shows an amount of 35000 thousand in the real case we need more than that .in first year 35k +25k In.second year 35+10k Thrid year 35k+10k and in fourth year also 35k+10k this repeated 10k may varies it is an approximation

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes our college is under cape society which has 7 or 9 colleges so this cape lrovide scholarships Which was categories on the annual income of our family, more over that 2 sudent in each class who scored highest keam rank .there fees will be also fee wavier and other than that we can take loan from private banks with all the supporting documents from college.

Campus Life :

We have many labs in our college actually eee lab is in pathetic condition but all machines are placed in proper manner and most of them are in working condition.we worked in them for 3 years and. Our 4th year was only some computer course. And we have a good union supported sports cell astra codinated by college union and conduct games and sports in 3 days. More over that each department takes each sports like eee football ec volleyball etc.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes truely, actually alumini group is working good and actually we are not added to that group yet. I think we are members now but its not in our hands .seniors are doing every thing. Alumini work for the goodwill and extra development of student's, try to improve their knowledge.

Admission :

Scored an good keam rank and applied in website and got short listed and got admission in another college after that i got transfer to this college through college transfer option. Fees was 35 thousand and some other charges almost 25000 for the first year

Faculty :

Yes it was the best in class . Our tutor mr . Anith krishnan he is still struggling for us. He helped us in many manner, he was very rough and tough during initial days. After that we could recognize that is not fine.and now he is searching job for students in many job portals and posting them in our common group.now we set the goal and trying to get it

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
