Remarks :

Its a small city in itself. Where good people come for studies and its a very positive environment. Social life is also great here , Chandigarh is also a nearby city which make roaming around and chilling out places nearby.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is nice and new. As our degree is new in india they tried and tested various exam structures and in none of them we felt burdened. As per now, 3 internal exams we have to give in which best of 2 will be counted in the final major result and one external examination.

Placement Experience :

They are excellent in placement, they make sure each child gets placed with a minimum stipend of 15k. The best step they have taken is 4th year is compulsory to be a internship in a company which the college provides itself.

College Events :

There are too many clubs and events in our Chitkara University. Every day we have some kind of event or the other activity going on. Like sports day of our college. Athletic meet of university. Rangrezz - cultural event Gaming events Quizz And much more.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

75k for first three semesters Followed by 50k for the next three semesters. There was 5k charge for chalkpad which is portal given to the students so they can see their marks and attendance on time and the upcoming events too.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They accept study loan and other than that i dont know if the college supports any. Although what i know is they dont discriminate between schedule cast / lower class / backward class people. Fee structure is same for everyone.

Campus Life :

Sports complex is one of the best i have ever seen. Labs in my college is the best in entire asia. We perform regular experiments and regular workshops for various new things and softwares are arranged.And they also focus on all round development of student.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is quite good and infrastructure is also well maintained, regular cleaning of rooms and polite staff with proper facilities of sports and great quality food is served in mess with generally things which the students eat.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

We are the second batch of this course, anyway our interaction with seniors was good. They are on internships right now and have suggested college some good changes which is helping us for ur future. Autocad class and equest class are some examples.

Admission :

Just payed the fee and was admitted in the college, all required was 50% or above in your previous course. After that i had a form to fill and sumbit my marksheets and necessary documents. After that i had a meeting in which i was told about this new course in detail.

Faculty :

They are pretty good if compared upon the new subjects introduced. Each class has a mentor to which we can go share our problems or give suggestions which we want as improvement. Well trained professors were called upon and made them joined as faculty just for us.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester students become eligible for the placement like internships and main placements start at fourth year. companies like Wipro, HCl , Zomato, swiggy, Google, etc many companies visit our college and many offer have been made to the students. In the last year the highest package was 86 lakhs offered and average package over all branches was 22 lakhs per annum.and the last year almost 76 Percent of the applied students have got placed and my plans after getting the degree is to do a good job in a very big mnc

Placement Experience:

After the sixth semester, students become eligible for the campus internships offered by companies, that provide placements after completion of the course. In the 7th semester students who have the skills, got placed in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, TCS Ninja, etc The highest package offered in our university is 13.50 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. About 80% of the students got placed last year in our university. My senior told me how he got placed in TCS private limited company and assured me that I will get placed too.

Almost everything you need to know before joining about Gulzar Group of Institutes

Placement Experience:

Here the placements are fine but it also depends on students too as you can start internship from 2nd year but there is attendance issue for that you need to contact to your respective HOD's. The placements start from I think the 6th sem I am not sure but maybe or 7th but many good companies come to campus but students can also apply off campus companies too. Some company's names are listed as I know:- Amazon,Paytm,Godrej, Tech Mahindra, HCl, Wipro, etc. I am not sure about the highest and lowest package but I think the Highest package is 4 to 5 lakh . The overall percentage of students getting placed is 80% to 85% according to me. My plan is too first get the internship till 4th to 5th sem and then will sit in placements or apply for off campus if didn't got satisfied with the companies that came after I will get the job and for few years will do the job until I get I want and then I will plan about something as I want to get.

Placement Experience:

See like in final year here everyone goes into placements. And it's not up to mark because here if your in CSE IT or ECE you get placed at3-3.5 lakh per annum .but opportunities have raised in recent years production engineering student got a placement of 15 lakhs per annum and this year Flipkart arrived and gave a placement of 13lakhs last year Samsung have a placement of 12 lakhs byjus gave 10 lakhs placement. if you are in core and want to get hired for tech companies then you need to take notes courses and learn to code. And almost 70-80% students get placed but if the placement is low then it's of no use if you're re in civil or mechanical engineering then you may find the gate results are fair enough for a college. Civil and mechanical are the best branches in the college andy plan is to join Indian army after Engineering.
