Remarks :

If we come from home in night, there is no bus service after 10 pm. And in our college there are so many political parties. So they took strikes and stopped our study on that day. We can enjoy college life in this college

Course Curriculum Overview :

Nice. There are 8 semesters in engineering. After each semesters there was a series test and a university test. Series test mark is considered as the internal mark.Exams are in 150 marks. We need 75 marks to pass an exam.

Placement Experience :

In our college there are so many placements and job opportunities. There are 3 internships that conducted by our college during our course period. Lot of students are placed in infosys and wipro during our placement time.

College Events :

There are so many events that are celebrated in our college. Main event is our technical fest. Lot of colleges come to our college to see our technical fest. And second one is our arts day. It is also a big event in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible.For merit students fee structure is 35000 rs for one year. Fir management students fee structure is 65000 rs for one year. And who got highest kerala entrance rank in our college have only 1000 rs per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are loan facilities that provided by different banks. I took loan from canara bank. There are two scholarships also in our college. MCM and Egrant. These are the two scholarships provided by our college.

Campus Life :

There are extra ordinary labs are in our college. Our college mechanical lab is the one of the best mechanical lab in kerala. And in our college there is a football team, cricket team,volley balk team and basket ball team.

Hostel Facilities :

There is a pta hostel in our college. Monthly 3000 rs rent for a student. There is security to check all the students. Good food and accomodation. And there is no other expenses. Good atmosphere with lot of trees and birds.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students are the inspiration. One of the best seniors that i see in my life. Seniors help us in studying and all other activities such as project ,games etc. Seniors are helpful to all juniors in our college.

Admission :

I got admission in this college through kerala entrance exam rank. I got 6329 rank in kerala entrance exam. After that i selected some colleges for admission with this rank. I got admission in college of engineering,Adoor through allotment.

Faculty :

There are highly experienced faculties are in my college.If we have any doubt in a topic the faculties of our department clear that doubt by suitable examples. So it is very helpful for us to understand that topic deeply.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
