Remarks :

The positives of our college includes that of- A well equipped and maintained library, Good faculties and their support,Extra curricular activities like sports,events etc. Negatives includes that of almost ok food quality at times, Transportation not easily available to reach etc.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is good and well structured even though there are some issues with valuation scheme and all,the course curriculum is good for a professional couse such as this here-btech.Exams are mainly of two internals ,lab exams and main exams and the result of pass is based on the total of internals and mains with assigments and labs.

Placement Experience :

There are placements in our college and our main recruiters are infosys,cognizant etc and also many students are being placed each year. Around 110 students are placed in infosys from our college at the latest.

College Events :

Main events of our college includes 1.Igniz(Technological fest) 2.Vipanchika(arts fest) 3.PPTIA( innovation awards) etc. Every 2 year a tech fest named igniz is being conducted in our college and is an intercollegiate event ,has lot of workshops,events,shows,talks, lectures etc Then arts called vipanchika and PPTIA is solely an innovation based idea presentation and project development platform for students from various levels like from school level to college levels and awards are being given for the best projects.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure is based on the regulations of keam and is the fees fixed by the kerala govt for merit students and is feasible ,for management quota the fees is slightly higher and expensive per year compared to merit fees.Also hostel and transportation fees are feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college supports all kinds of scholarships given by the governments and also loans by almost all banks.There are some scholarships for students having higher marks.Loans can be availed from banks and the college does support that.

Campus Life :

Labs are also key feature of this college,as almost all labs are well equipped with good equipment and machines and engines and other facilities needed for a good lab.Also there is another lab called the Fab lab ,from which students ideas can be easily made into prototypes with the help of sophisticated technologies and machines and also 3-D printers.Also Sports dept is another highlight and the college hosts many intercollegiate events and games and is well renowned for its involvement in this arena.

Alumni/Alumna :

The Alumni of the college is well supportive and the seniors are well supportive and also the college does have a good alumni relationship ship even with the passouts. They also motivates the juniors with positive attitude to come up with good projects and ideas which benefits society and environment as its our duty as engineers.

Admission :

After 12th i went for entrance coaching and wrote entrance exams conducted by kerala government (KEAM) and after the rank list was published ,according to the procedures i submitted form for admission in management quota here and got admission based on my keam rank in this college

Faculty :

One of the main highlights of this college are its faculties.They have ample and are well educated and knowledged. Also faculty supports students in their doubts and also help in developing their ideas into useful projects and products using their knowledge and the resources available

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the campus placements in the 6th semester. The average students getting placed in the mechanical department are about 30%. My plan after completing my mechanical engineering degree is to go for masters in business administration

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
