Remarks :

Average college opt for studying but can't enjoy college life to the fullest. Good faculties, good infrastructure, excellent transport service, poor canteen facilities, average labs, nice environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is not bad as there are many practicals as well but the system of conducting exams are bit hard for the students to cope up with as the series test will come in any 3 days which has 2 exams in easch day.

Placement Experience :

There are no stipend till date and the college provides intenship but one has to pay for the same to get a certificate. Placement is good for the IT field but for our department placements are on thw weaker side.

College Events :

Events are celebrated in a very good way management is well supportive for the same. Students have the freedom to conduct programs and even some fund will be sanctioned by the college. Art fest, tech test etc happens monthly.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees is bit on the higher side but it has some scholarship schemes which will make the fees more effective. the fees hap to be paid on the beginning of the new semester. Even though extensions are allowed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is loan which can be availed for the students. Even scholarships and fee waiver schemes are a big supportive hand for many students. Loans can be availed by consulting banks also which gives us loan student loan.

Campus Life :

Labs are well maintained by the college staff and proper maintenance by professionals happen eventually. Clubs offer many activities for helping the students to showcase the skills. Sports are not good as day scholars have no much access.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumini networks are strong enough for encouraging the students. Seniors are helpful and gives adequate information support and advice to juniors which makes them mentally strong. They are actually helpful.

Admission :

I passed in the kerala engineering entrance examination which made me eligible for the course. I was eligible on the first allotment but not for mechanical but i got mechanical on the 3rd allotment. Admission process is easy there are many seats in the college it has 2 batches of 60 each students for all departments.

Faculty :

Faculty is good but some of them (only a few) doesn't work well as of me. Some are superb well supportive, and helps us in many ways some also conduct special classes for better results.Overall faculty quality is average.

The Rajagiri engineering experience

Placement Experience:

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
