College is very good in all aspect, from faculty, to laboratory, to culture, to environment, to festivals, to extra-curricular activities. I would rate COEP 5 out of 5.

Entrance Preview :

GATE-2012 (scored 97 %ile). COEP (College of Engineering, Pune) is one of the reputed colleges in India and holds history of 150+ years.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum for PG courses are advanced and as per industrial standard.

Internships Opportunities :

For GATE qualified candidates, stipend is provided by MHRD. Currently I am getting Rs. 8000/per month (for full course duration). But new students who got admission this year will get stipend on Rs 12,500/ per month

Placement Experience :

Placements are very good in the institute in all department. Students gets in their branch placement.

College Events :

Mindspark - Annual technical festival which is conducted for 3 days. Zest - It is the cultural festival hosted within the collegeRegatta - Sports events. Famous of events conducted in the Boat Club.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible (keeping in the mind that the quality of labs this institute has) and also it is autonomous college and runs by government of Maharashtra

Campus Life :

Campus is very big compared to all the colleges in Pune region. Gender ratio is also good ;). Students admitted to this college must have studied in the state of Maharashtra (HSC), so in terms of diversity, we can see students from all over Mahashtra but rarely any other state students. Also some foreign students visits campus upder STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni is very active. Every now and then, we get a seminar or lecture from alums who are successful in various field ranging from Art to Scientist.

Faculty :

Teaching faculty is very well experienced and very talented

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
