Remarks :

During the initial stages of the college you may feel like its too strict. But that opinion will change as time passes and you will miss that campus and faculties when you pass out from there. That's all.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The couse was good. But the university was a new one. So we had faced so many problems on exam schedulings. The exams are conducted on every Semester end by the University and on each semesters there wil be 3 exams conducted by college officials for valuating internal marks. Internal marks are out of 50, in which a student must acquire about 22 marks to clear the internals and appear for the University exam. To pass the University exam a student must score 45 marks out of 100.

Placement Experience :

The placement unit of the college works efficiently. Many companies would come here for recruitments. Most of them are IT companies. However in India core jobs are not much feasible to access as a fresher. College doesn't provide any internship.

College Events :

The events celebrated in our college were Onam celebrations, Arts Day and an Intercollege Cultural Fest called Tejasvi. All the events celebrated thete were mesmerizing and all those memories hold a major part in my mind.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure for me was around 75000 per annum. For higher ranked students it was around 25000 per annum. It was feasible for everyone as the college provides various methods to pay the fees. We also had to pay a fixed deposit of 1lack at the beginning of our course which is refundable.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The college offered a scholarships for top scorrer students. There fees will be reduced at the time of pay. They also offered scholarships for economically backward students by reducing their fees sometimes cancelling of all the fees.

Campus Life :

We had several activities provided inside the campus by various student clubs and organisations. Workshops and events were conducted by them frequently. Lab facilities were good. Sports club was also good but only few facilities are available in that domain.

Hostel Facilities :

I was a day scholar and not a hosteler. But the hostel infrastructure as seen from the outside was moderately good enough. Some of my friends used hostel facilities and they were happy with he stay and food provided to them for all those 4 year duration.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni meetings and networks are very active and strong. It really feels good to go back to the old place. It is helpful to network with all the senior most people who are doing good in their lives.

Admission :

I got admission here based on the rank I scored on Kerala Entrance Exam. It is an entrance exam used for the shortlisting of candidates who are applying for higher studies in this domain. Depending on the marks scored in this exam added with the 12th standard maks, a rank list will be published. All the admission processes are carried out in various colleges all over Kerala depending on the rank list criteria.

Faculty :

The faculty on our college was pretty good. Almost all of them were well experiemced and huge filtration is going through the department to intake more PhD holders on top levels of the institution which is however a great initiative. The faculties were friendly enough to ask and aolve all the problems. Altogether it was a nice experience.

Students are eligible for placement from semester 6. Many of the largest companies such as Cisco, IBM, Wipro etc come for placements. The largest package was 40 LPA from IT department and average package is 6 LPA. Last year's batch had placement percentage of 90%. My future plans are to try my best for placements, no plans for suture studies as of now.

Placement Experience:

Mostly the students get prepared for placements in the third year. Placement training is usually started in the mid of the third year. According to the passed out students and our seniors, the institution has enough good placements compared to other private institutions. The students get placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students. The major activities of the Placement and Training Cell include coordinating the Campus placement activities of the college Conducting regular training for improving the soft-skills and conducting regular tests, GD`s and Mock Interviews. The major thrust area of the placement cell is training programs. Every student undergoes at least 150 hours of training programs which is spread across the years of study. They are trained by the best in the industry. Career guidance and placement orientation is ensured through sessions organised in-house and support from experts from outside. Guidance on how to prepare for various competitive exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, GRE, UPSC, PG entrance examinations etc. are also provided. Despite the economic uncertainties and industry challenges, the Class of 2024 achieved remarkable success in campus recruitment. A total of 78 students secured packages of 7LPA or more, with 484 offers from 76 companies. The highest package reached 15LPA, while the average package stood at a respectable 5.7LPA. Notable recruiters included TCS, CTS, SAP, Tataelxsi, People10, SOTI, UST, and Qburst. Core companies like Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Aarbee Structures, RDC, Saint Gobain, Dalmia, Walkaroo OEN, and Tejas Networks also hired students.

Placement Experience:

There are many programs to improve our placement capabilities. These programs provide spoken English classes and PMKVY Yojana classes. S6 and S7 students have the opportunity to attend placement sessions. The average package that the companies usually provide is 200,000 per annum. Usually, 10-15 students get placed in the first session, and the rest will be considered in the other upcoming sessions. I'm planning to do ethical hacking course after the degree
