Remarks :

Overall my college which is one of the best colleges in India. So clearly it is good but some small things like infrastructure and hostel Management are not much good as it should be because it is an IIT.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As I am in IIT the course curriculum is the best that someone can get in India. Exam structure is quite good, In a semester of 6 months 2 exams are conducted by the college the its sum is taken into account.

Placement Experience :

Yes we have a training and placement office which brings companies from all over the world. The package may varry from 3 lakh per annum to 1.5 crores per annum. They also provide internships but as I am in 2nd year i have to apply for intern in the next i.e. 3 year.

College Events :

There are many events that are celebrated in my college. Major 3 of them are : 1. Spardha: Sports festival which is one of the biggest in Asia 2. Kashiyatra: Annual cultural fest of the college. 3. TechNex: Technical fest of the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees of IIT are getting higher and higher day by day. The fees is different for different family income and category. For the students whose family income is more than 5 lakhs per annum the total fees is about 1.5 lakhs per semester. For lower income group fees is about 50000 per semester.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no scholarship or loan by college. But I am from UP and I can avail UP scholarship which is not much but it helps to reduce the stress of high fees of IIT(BHU). Loan is offered by many Banks like SBI,BOB, ect.

Campus Life :

We have many clubs and council for extracurricular activities. 1. Film and Media council: Feilds like photography , cinematography , designing , animation , journalism fall in this council's work. 2. Cultural council which include dance ,singing, quiz,etc. 3. Sports council which take all matter related to sports. All these council are great and much involving.

Alumni/Alumna :

My college was established in 1919, So we have a large network of alumni base. For example Mr. Nikesh arora, CEO of Palo Alto security network is of our college, CFO of Tesla motors is alumni of our college, and much more. Seniors are also very great, knowledgeable and helpful.

Admission :

I have cleared JEE mains and then JEE Advanced to get admitted in IIT(BHU), Out of 10 lakh students only 10k students get the seat in IIT and through the JOSAA counseling I got chemical engineering in IIT(BHU) in its 2nd round.

Faculty :

We have one of the best faculty of India in our college because it is an IIT. All the teaching staff got a degree of PHD in respected fields, the have good theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject that they are alloted to teach to us.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. The highest package is 16 lacs per annum and the average package is 4 lacs per annum. 95 % of students of the batch get placement every year. My plan is to get a placement in a product-based company after completing my degree.

Best college for developing startup skills

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.

Admission:

I always want to become a mechanical engineer because innovation and technology attracts me. This college focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship Development skill and this is the main reason to select this college. Entrance Preview:
