No, IIIT Guwahati is not better than IIIT Sri City and IIIT Trichy. Among these three IIITs, IIIT Sri City has an edge over the other two. You need to check the following reasons to get a better view:

IIIT Sri City was newly established in 2013 but got its permanent campus in 2018. While the other two are still operating on temporary campuses, you’ll get your own fully equipped campus at IIIT Sri City.
IIIT Sri City is mentored by IIIT Hyderabad which is itself a premier institute. This means you’ll get the excellent curriculum, focus, faculty, and placement assistant as it is in IIIT Hyderabad.
Despite being new, IIIT Sri City has been producing successful graduates in past years. You can definitely benefit from a well-established alumni network.
