Thadomal Shahani Engineering College (TSEC) is ranked 79th among the engineering colleges in Maharashtra by The Week. It is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and recognized by AICTE.

VESIT is also affiliated with the University of Mumbai recognized by AICTE. It was selected as one of India’s 10 Best Institutes for Higher Education 2019 by The Excelligent. It has a faculty of 132 members. The student intake is 540.

CSE involves the study of computer programming and network, computer languages, algorithms, computation, program design, computer software, and hardware.
