Both MICA and SCMHRD are equally good institutes in terms of the average package offered, reputation in the industry, and exposure to opportunities.

SCMHRD is visited by companies offering the majority of profiles related to sales roles with very few marketing roles like campaign management, brand management, relationship management, etc. The companies visiting campus are FMCG, IT, banks, manufacturing clusters, and likewise.

At MICA, companies offer versatile profiles like marketing and communication honing the creative side of the students as well.
