Each class has around 50 students for first years and around 70 students for second year. The faculties are very approachable and you can take their help for things apart from their subjects like case competitions etc. the best faculty I would say is professor Subrat Sarangi who thought us strategic management because of his curriculum being very case and application based it thought me a lot about how to approach and structure problems. There are no such faculties i dislike For the first year exams happen 2 times every term and there are 3 terms. So a total of 8 exams. in the second year exams are course dependent. Mostly students pass the exam. And if there is someone who fails they are allowed rechecking and re evaluation. Compared to other management schools our curriculum is very much relevant though still in need for updating.
Faculty in the colleges were excellent and have experienced more than 5 years.. The faculty were excellent and had a experience of at least 5 years.. The faculty were discipline and also expected us to be very discipline..
The faculty was nice and accomplished, they have visiting faculty from various another big institute both domestically and internationally so MICA gives a nice platform for exposure and to broaden our minds and expand our horizons. Also, it is pertinent to add that the faculty was experienced and insightful.
MICA has some of the best teachers in the industry. From courses ranging from Advertising, Account Planning, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Media Planning to Indian Cinema, Sociology and Culture and Communication, MICA sources the Industry's best to teach the Industry's future. Apart from regular courses, a number of visiting faculty from the industry visit the campus on a regular basis to interact with the students and share insights and real time lessons with the students.
The faculty was experienced with international and domestic faculty. Needless to say, everyone was from the industry and also has guest lecturers from time to time.
The faculty was commendable. We had various guest lecturers as well from time to time and many from retail organisation which provided real on-ground insights.
