Yes, IIT BHU has a guest house for visitors called the Gandhi Technology Alumni Centre (GTAC).

Its complete address is Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221005. Their contact number is 0542 257 5389.

It was established by IIT BHU alumni in 2007. The guest house provides stay for the following types of visitors:

Alumni and other guests during alumni meetings.
Participants of QIP courses.
Participants in cultural programs, and other departmental programs.
Parents of IIT BHU students.
Friends or relatives of IIT BHU faculty/non-faculty members.
