If you are interested in programming and coding, then you can buy a windows laptop with decent specifications. It doesn’t have to be high-end. You can make it dual boot to get Linux as well. For development, Linux is widely used and compilers are available too. Some software work well in windows and Linux will be great for development.

What is the syllabus for a BTech in CSE at CGC Landran?

Studied bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering at Chandigarh Engineering College (2020)

CGC Landran is affiliated with IKGPTU and so, it follows the syllabus set by the university itself. During the first two semesters, students are taught applied science topics in subjects like Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Along with those, some basics of computers are also included in the syllabus.
