IIT Hyderabad has the best reputation of being highly ranked despite being a second-generation IIT. However, it’s a misconception that IIT Hyderabad has a unique double major system when in reality the double major system is being followed by IIT Bombay or IIT Kanpur way before IIT Hyderabad was even established. Both these IITs follow this system to date. IIT Gandhinagar too follows a system of minor programs and their own version of less credit diverse courses. There are many other IITs that have double majors options apart from these 3. So, no, IIT Hyderabad is not the only IIT with a double major system.
The only thing it’s unique in is its fast-paced development despite being a new IIT.
Considering the increasing demand for AI, this program is going to be the next big thing. Although it has been launched recently, it seems promising and is becoming one of the most coveted programs offered by IIT Hyderabad.
So the M.Tech (2 years) program in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at IIT Hyderabad is a decent choice given that you are genuinely interested in the field.
Since you did not mention your specialization, I will assume you belong either to the CS branch or the EE branch, both of which are equally in demand right now. Today, IIT Hyderabad is considered a highly esteemed engineering institute that has very young and dynamic professors. The unique aspect of the institute is its zeal for learning and exploring new things. The professors teach in such a way you will find the ambiance very friendly and light. Although some might hesitate to leave a 7 LPA job for higher studies, I would recommend the opposite. I can guarantee the institute's worth and credibility in providing you with better job opportunities once you complete your Masters's from here. For a slight idea, the average salary of CS and EE after MTech is around 12-30 LPA, much more than your current salary.
Trust me when I say an MTech in CS or EE from IIT Hyderabad will be much more beneficial in the long run. However, if you are from a Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical background then I would suggest going for an MBA from Top IIMs.

All the branches of IIT Hyderabad are good, the cut-off rank varies for each branch. Experienced faculty guide the students in each branch, and a sure shot placement is expected from this premier institute. Students opting for higher studies also get a good scope.
First of all, IIT Hyderabad does not offer an MBA program. In all, only 7 IITs provide MBA programs. The MBA programs offered by these IITs rank high in the top B Schools rankings. The MBA programs offered by these 7 institutes vary in terms of eligibility criteria, fee structure, and placement statistics for the MBA programs.
Of these seven IITs, only three IITs namely, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, and IIT Kharagpur accept students from non-engineering backgrounds for their MBA program. Admissions are given only to students from non-commerce, engineering, or science backgrounds. The MBA Programs offered at IITs are much lower in cost than the IIMs and other top B-Schools.

Rather than giving you a direct answer, I am going to evaluate all The aforementioned institutes individually on the basis of some common parameters like placements, brand name, campus life, opportunities, and alumni.
IIT BHU ECE
IIT Guwahati ECE
IIT Hyderabad Maths and Computing
IIIT Hyderabad CSE
Ultimately, it’s a matter of preferences and what you are looking for in your degree.
Placement for M-tech in institutes like IIT varies from batch to batch due to the lesser requirement of an M-tech candidate to do a particular work. The placements of structural engineering or that of any branch depend more on the placement division of the institute of that batch.
The placements for structural engineering are decent with an average package of around INR 5 LPA. I deem it as one of the best institutes to study structural engineering in India considering the fact that its research work is on par with many old IITs. The institute renders an opportunity to learn and grow with the most genius minds in the country
IIT Hyderabad CSE is better. It offers better salary packages and exposure. According to the recent highlights of IIT Hyderabad, the average CTC for the CSE branch is around INR 20 LPA.
Hyderabad is an IT hub and has all major corporate houses in the IT sector. So, it’s easier to get internships and placements. IIT Hyderabad organizes regular hackathons, seminars, and workshops. The institute also collaborates with IIIT Hyderabad often for events.
