The CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MAH NEET PG 2026 Round 1 seat matrix on medical2026.mahacet.org. Separate category-wise lists cover government degree, government diploma and private colleges for MD, MS and PG Diploma admissions.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (MAH NEET PG) 2026 Round 1 seat matrix. The provisional category-wise seat matrix is available on the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org. The matrix covers admissions to Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) and PG Diploma courses in Maharashtra.
The CET Cell has published three separate documents for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 1. These documents cover government degree seats, government diploma seats and private college seats. Candidates can check the exact seats available in each college and category before locking choices.

What the Seat Matrix Contains
Each PDF lists the participating institute, course, category-wise seat count and reservation percentage. The matrix is split by social category, gender quota and in-service candidate quota. It also marks seats reserved for Persons with Disability candidates.
The Round 1 counselling covers 50 percent State Quota seats in government colleges. It also covers 100 percent seats in private unaided and minority medical colleges in Maharashtra.

MAH NEET PG 2026 Seats At a Glance
Last year the CET Cell admitted candidates to roughly 1,522 MD and MS seats in government colleges. Private colleges offered close to 988 MD and MS seats under state counselling. PG Diploma intake remained limited at 16 seats across government institutes.
The 2026 numbers may vary slightly based on fresh approvals by the National Medical Commission. Candidates must rely only on the official PDFs for the final count.
