The stray vacancy round covers seats that stayed vacant after the earlier state counselling rounds. It is the final chance for NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates to secure admission to AYUSH colleges in Madhya Pradesh for the current academic session.

The stray round admits candidates to four undergraduate AYUSH programmes offered in Madhya Pradesh. Each programme is a five-and-a-half-year course that includes a one-year internship.

Who Can Participate in the Stray Vacancy Round?

Only NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates can take part in the MP AYUSH stray round. Candidates who have already secured and joined a seat in any of the earlier rounds are not eligible to appear in the stray round.

• Candidates registered in earlier MP AYUSH rounds but not allotted any seat.
• Candidates allotted a seat in earlier rounds but did not report for admission.
• Fresh NEET-UG 2026 qualifiers who did not register in earlier rounds, subject to the notification clause.
• Candidates who meet the Madhya Pradesh domicile and category rules.

How to Register for MP AYUSH Stray Round 2026?

Registration and choice filling take place entirely online through the MP Online AYUSH portal. The candidate must pay the non-refundable counselling fee before locking choices.

1. Visit the official portal at ayush.mponline.gov.in.
2. Click on the UG State Counselling 2026 link on the homepage.
3. Log in using NEET-UG 2026 roll number and application credentials.
4. Fill registration details and pay the counselling fee online.
5. Fill and lock preferred college and course choices before the deadline.
6. Download the filled-choice receipt for future reference.

Documents Required at the Allotted College

Candidates must carry original documents along with two sets of self-attested copies to the allotted college. Admission is confirmed only after successful document verification.

• NEET-UG 2026 admit card and scorecard.
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
• Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate, where claimed.
• Category certificate for SC, ST, OBC and EWS candidates, where claimed.
• Allotment letter from the MP AYUSH counselling portal.
• Transfer certificate and migration certificate from the previous institute.
• Four recent passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID proof.
