IIM Lucknow Welcomes 17th Batch of IPMX and 20th Batch of PGPWE Program

New Delhi: IIM Lucknow has inaugurated the 17th batch of its International Program in Management for Executives (IPMX) and the 20th batch of its Post-Graduate Program for Working Executives (PGPWE). The orientation program was held from April 05 to April 06, 2024. 

As per IIM Lucknow, the Batch 2024-25 of IIM Lucknow IPMX includes a total of 111 students, and PGPWE Batch 2024-25 includes a total of 66 students. The orientation program was graced by Chief Guest Alok Arora, Managing Director of Serrala, Pune.

Additionally, the program was attended by Prof Archana Shukla, Director-in-charge of IIM Lucknow; Prof Vikas Srivastava, Dean Programmes at IIM Lucknow; Prof Neerja Pande, Dean Noida Campus at IIM Lucknow; Prof Garima Mittal, Chairperson of IPMX at IIM Lucknow; and Prof Ajay Singh, Chairperson of PGPWE at IIM Lucknow.

Key Speakers at IIM Lucknow IPMX and PGPWE Batch 2024-25 Orientation Program

Talking to students, Alok Arora, Managing Director of Serrala Pune pointed out the value of four fundamental values represented in the acronym PACT: perseverance, accountability, curiosity, and teamwork. Furthermore, he highlighted that students who embrace integrity and ethics will have a long and successful career.

Speaking on this occasion, Prof Archana Shukla, Director-in-charge at IIM Lucknow said, “In today's rapidly changing world, success extends beyond academic achievements. Nurturing one's Spiritual Quotient (SQ) alongside Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) is paramount for personal and professional growth”.

“I encourage all participants to embark on the journey of self-discovery and strive for excellence in every endeavor during their time at IIM Lucknow”, she further added. After this, Prof Garima Mittal, Chairperson of IPMX, and Prof Ajay Singh, Chairperson of PGPWE, shared the program’s insights with students.
