There are a lot of conferences and paper presentations done by different colleges and universities. Now if you participate in them you get to connect to a lot of people from other universities and colleges. we are in the same domain and can help you regarding any other problems or road or map through which you can connect and connect to them and you can go forward with it.

What are some of your notable accomplishments as a principal?

One of my notable accomplishments was implementing a highly successful skill-based activity in my previous college. This program significantly improved the reading and writing skills of students & extracurricular activity across all grade levels. Additionally, I have actively engaged the community through regular forums, where parents, teachers, and students have the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas for college improvement. I have implemented this program in MPI also. I advocate the skill based education.

Can you tell me about a difficult decision you had to make as a principal?

One difficult decision I had to make was the closure of a struggling program in our last college despite the efforts of the staff and students, the program was not meeting the desired outcomes. It was a tough decision, but it allowed us to reallocate resources and focus on areas where we could make a greater impact on student learning.

How do you handle multiple priorities and tasks as a principal?

Prioritization and effective time management are key in handling multiple priorities as a principal. I conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify the most pressing issues and set clear goals. I then delegate tasks to my team, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same objectives. Regular communication and monitoring progress helps me stay on top of things and make adjustments as needed.

How do you resolve difficult situations with students?

When resolving difficult situations with students, I believe in taking a proactive and empathetic approach. I listen to their concerns, provide support and guidance, and work towards finding a mutually beneficial solution. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff is crucial in ensuring students receive the necessary resources and interventions to address their needs.

Have you conducted a needs assessment for a new College? How did you go about it?

Yes, I have conducted a needs assessment for a new college. I started by gathering data and conducting interviews with key stakeholders, such as teachers, students, and parents, to identify their needs and aspirations for the College. I also analyzed existing resources and facilities to determine areas that require improvement or investment. Based on the findings, I developed a comprehensive plan that addressed the identified needs and aligned with the College’s vision and goals. I have already taken a few steps which have started showing a positive outcome.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the College and the students are?

See, right now we have come across as we have actually just passed the pandemic situation of Covid 19. Okay. Now, normally all the universities and colleges are starting to go back to their normal platform in which they are taking students from the online mode to the offline mode also which is very much report in my view is concerned. And in that way, the students are also improving in their studies, they’re participating in video events also. They’re coming to be called the percentage of campus participants of the students have gone up much higher. Even the companies who are going for the place they’re also initially taking students in online mode. Now they’re coming in offline mode. So there is a lot of participation which has already started. Okay. So if this goes on for another one of your or two years then definitely we will again gear up or go back to a normal profile or normal life.
