You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

One of my true passions is to constantly stay updated with the latest digital and technological advancements in the field of higher education. I find immense fulfillment in remaining connected to the education sector, and there are several key factors that contribute to this connection. Firstly, information literacy plays a crucial role in my engagement with the education sector. I strive to enhance my skills and knowledge in effectively accessing, evaluating, and utilizing information resources. Secondly, high learning productivity is a significant factor that keeps me connected to the education sector. I am constantly seeking ways to optimize the learning process, employing innovative digital tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By embracing new technologies and methodologies, I aim to facilitate a more productive and enriching learning experience for students and educators alike. Lastly, the enormous potential offered by digital transformation captivates me and reinforces my connection to the education sector. I firmly believe that digital technologies have the power to revolutionize education, making it more accessible, inclusive, and engaging. The integration of digital tools, platforms, and resources opens up exciting possibilities for personalized learning, collaborative environments, and interactive educational experiences.


What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

Employees are the backbones of any business. Leadership is about collaboration and becoming an inspiration for others to do better in their areas. I would describe my leadership style as democratic. I continuously try to empower the team, and make them participate in the decisions we make in the system. I am not a strict leader. In such a working environment everybody learns from each other, and the entire system grows under such leadership. Of course, it is my role as a leader to make sure that every employee understands our values, and the direction we follow in the company, and decide accordingly.


What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

The universities’ top priority over the next 10 years should be proper focus on the below areas includes focussing on a curriculum that fulfills the demand of the latest era, soft skills of students to serve the society, subject knowledge expertise, extracurricular activities, to control quality of university delivery through high-quality professionals and to attract the best faculty a university needs the best leaders.
