She holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Education degree along with a total experience of 14 years in the education sector. How would you describe your leadership style?

In my opinion, my leadership style is to act as a leader who can motivate all their team members and stakeholders to achieve higher objectives and objectives. A leader would use their leadership skills to predict the unexpected and find solutions for hard goals. The role of a capable leader is becoming increasingly important keeping in view the rapidly changing employment landscape and global ecosystem of education. It is also becoming increasingly critical to address the needs of the children not only to learn but also to teach them to learn how to learn better.

What do you see as PTMLSD College's greatest strengths?

At PTMLSD College, we take pride in being much more than a mere educational institute. We understand that our students have a variety of needs and concerns. When you first held the position of HOD in management, what was your vision for the Institute? How far have you achieved the same?

In my tenure as the HOD of management, I am proud to say the college was able to achieve the target placements of 100%. Even though the pandemic paused our curriculum delivery we were able to keep the students engaged through online classes. We were committed to providing an unstoppable learning environment to our students.

We have also contributed to accurate, fast, cheap and personalized diagnostics, prognostics, biotech improvements to soil and water and advanced healthcare through genome sequencing.

This course prepares students to be able to work in several science and research jobs in numerous industries. Some such employable industries are in drug development and pharmaceuticals, agriculture improvement, environmental control & conservation, animal husbandry, bio-processing industries, cosmetics, energy, management, food biotechnology, and soil biology.
