BCECEB has released the Bihar AYUSH UG Round 2 Seat Matrix 2026 at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Seven new private homoeopathic colleges have been added. Choice locking closes October 15 and the Round 2 result follows on October 19, 2026.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Bihar AYUSH Undergraduate (UG) Round 2 Seat Matrix 2026. The updated matrix is available on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. It covers admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) seats.

The matrix maps seats across government and private AYUSH colleges in Bihar. It splits the vacancies into All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota under UGMAC (AYUSH) 2026.

Why the Round 2 Matrix Was Updated?

The Round 2 seat matrix has been revised to include seven new private homoeopathic medical colleges. The addition follows a Bihar Health Department letter dated October 8, 2026. BCECEB has also extended the registration and consent window to accommodate the new seats.
