Who Is Affected by the Deadline Extension?
The extension benefits candidates allotted seats under the 1st round. It covers both Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and M.Sc Nursing streams. These candidates participated in choice filling for the 2026-27 session.
The university had earlier released the 1st round allotment lists. Candidates on the final allotment list are now eligible to join. The revised reporting cut-off is October 9, 2026.

What Happens If You Miss the October 9 Deadline?
The allotted seat will be cancelled automatically after the deadline. The seat then returns to the vacancy pool for the next round. The candidate loses the Round 1 claim completely.
However, candidates can participate again in the 2nd round of counselling. They must register and fill fresh choices during the next window. The admission fee paid in Round 1 may not be refunded.
