New Delhi: A new M.Sc degree in data science and management is being offered in collaboration by Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar) and Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar) for the academic session of 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can apply online at iitrpr.ac.in/. To get admission in the M.Sc program offered by IIT Roper and IIM Amritsar, a candidate must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or any other equivalent degree, preferably involving management, mathematics, computer science, or allied fields.

• 60%, 6.0 CPI/CGPA, or First Class in the qualifying degree, as determined by the institution or university that awarded the degree.
• The qualifying degree must be a Bachelor's, Master's, or other equivalent degree that has been accredited and validated, preferably in management, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline. Applicants must possess aptitude in either computer science or mathematics.
• Test results over the previous three years as of July 31, 2023, for either the CAT, GATE, GMAT, GRE, or JAM.
• Applicants who have taken any of the above mentioned exams but have not received their results are still eligible to apply, provided their results are submitted to the program office by June 5, 2023.

Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” button and then register yourself.

Step 3: Click on the link provided in the mail sent by IIT Ropar to validate your account and to login to set your password.

Step 4: Login to the site and follow the links in the main menu on the left to fill your online application form.

Step 5: Fill all the details required in the application form and upload all the scanned copies of documents mentioned.

Step 6: Pay the required application fee and click on the “Submit” button.

Step 7: After submission of application form you will receive an acknowledgment mail on your registered mail-id.

Step 8: Take a printout of the application form for future needs.
