If I want to appear for the JCECE 2025 exam for B.Sc (Hons) in Forestry then what subject group do I need to choose?
The subject groups are different from different courses. If you want to go for a B.Sc (Hons) in Forestry then you will be under the PCB group. Different groups for different subjects are mentioned below for your convenience.

How many questions will be asked in the JCECE 2025 exam?
In the examination you will be asked 150 questions if you belong to the PCB and PCM group. The number of questions will be 200 in the case of the PCMB group. Four sections will be there such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. A total of 50 questions will be asked from each section.
How much time will I get to complete my exam?
The PCB and PCM group will get 3 hours to complete 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The PCMB group will get 4 hours as they will be given 200 MCQs. No sectional time limit will be there in the exam so you can choose sections as per your preferences.
Is there any extra time given to reserved candidates in the JCECE 2025 exam?
The exam duration is fixed for all the categories. No extra time will be given to the reserved category candidates. Therefore, you need to practise well to boost your speed and accuracy.
Is there any negative marking in the JCECE 2025 exam?
A total of 50 questions will be asked from each section and each question will carry 1 mark. You will be awarded with +1 mark for each correct response. the -0.25 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response. No mark will be added or deducted for unattempted questions. More than one answer indicated against a question will be considered as an incorrect response and will be counted as negative marks.
