Ques. What are the cutoff marks for IISER?
Ans. As per the previous years’ IISER Cutoff trends, the cutoff for general category candidates is expected to be 115 to 130. However, for OBC and SC/ST categories, the IISER cutoff marks are expected to be 95 to 110 and 60 to 75, respectively. For EWS category candidates, the IISER cutoff marks are expected to be 105 to 120.
Ques. What is a safe score in IISER?
Ans. For IISER 2025, a mark of more than 115 is expected to be the safe score for general category candidates. For OBC NCL candidates, the expected safe score is 95 or more, and for SC/ST categories is 60+. However, for EWS candidates, more than 105 is the expected safe score for IISER.
Ques. Is 120 a good score in IAT?
Ans. Yes, 120 is considered a good score in the IISER Aptitude Test. Candidates with 120 or more 120 marks in IAT have higher chances of getting admission to the courses offered by IISERs.
