ICAR Eligibility Criteria 2024 For PG Courses
The eligibility criteria for the candidates applying for various PG courses are mentioned below:
- Age: Candidate applying for various PG courses must be at least 19 years as on August 31, 2024.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have completed their graduation in a related field from a recognized university or college. They must have completed 10+2 education from CBSE or any other recognized board in English with a minimum of any three Science subjects from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Candidates pursuing final year studies or have appeared in their final year qualifying exam can also apply.
- Marks Required: Candidates belonging to the General/OBC/UPS category must have should at least 6.60/10,3.25/5,2.60/4 grade points. While the ones belonging to SC/ST/PC category must have obtained at least 5.60/10, 2.75/5, 2.20/4 grade points.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling
The counseling procedure will be conducted by ICAR Counselling authority after some days post the declaration of result. To take in the counseling process, the candidates have to register themselves at the official website of the authority. The qualified candidates have to register for the counseling process by submitting an online application form with the mandatory details and registration fee of INR 500.
The steps to participate in the counseling rounds include:
- Refer to the official ICAR website and register for the ICAR AIEEA PG Counselling 2024.
- Submit the form and upload all the required documents.
- Visit the nearest ICAR center for getting all the documents cross checked.
- Post confirmation, candidates are supposed to mention their choices of colleges as per the streams offered.
- Once ICAR allots a seat, candidates are supposed to pay the required fees for confirmation of the seat.
The counseling process will begin from the 2nd week of October 2024 in an online mode. The authority will conduct the counselling process in various rounds as per the availability of seats after each round of counseling. Candidates’ rank in the merit list will be the considering factor while granting admission into various programs. ICAR AIEEA PG 2023 Result has been released on August 22, 2023. You can download your scorescard from the official website of ICAR AIEEA. The counseling dates for ICAR AIEEA PG 2023 are yet to be released. But it is expected that the counseling process will begin in September 2023.
If you have scored only 104 marks in ICAR AIEEA PG 2023, then you have not qualified for this examination. You will not be offered admission in M.Sc Agriculture programs on the basis of this entrance test.
