ICAR AIEEA PG Counseling Process 2024

Registration On Counseling Portal

• Candidates need to sign an undertaking form on the online portal.
• Candidates who are eligible for ICAR AIEEA PG Counseling 2024 have to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500.
• Candidates need to login for ICAR AIEEA PG Counseling 2024 with the credentials they made during ICAR AIEEA PG registration 2024.
• The documents that are provided by the candidate during the time of ICAR AIEEA PG registration 2024 that document will considered as the final document.
• Availability of ICAR AIEEA PG seat matrix (with reservation category), ICAR AIEEA PG Online counseling 2024 will be available on the home page of the portal. 

Step 1: Visit the official website 

Step 2: Click on the ‘Applicant Login’

Step 3: Read the Instructions given and click on ‘Sign In’

Step 4: Give the ‘Login ID’, and ‘Password’ and click on ‘Remember me’. Click on ‘Submit’.

Choice Filling

• Candidate who has qualified for ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 are only eligible for the process of course/university choice.
• Candidates are allowed to choose courses/universities one by one.
• An option will be for deletion of courses or universities within a given period of time.
• Candidate can update his/her choices any number of times before the last date/until the choices are locked by the candidate.
• Login ID will be provided to all the admitting AUs to access the online counselling portal. 

Deposition of Seat Acceptance Fee

• Once the documents are verified by the university students have to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs.10000 which is non-refundable.
• The candidate may opt for “Upgradation” after depositing the Seat Acceptance Fee.
• In case of “Upgradation” of Seats, the candidates are not required to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee again.

Downloading of Provisional Call Letter

• After verification of the uploaded documents of the candidate, payment of the Seat Acceptance Fee a Provisional Admission Letter will be issued to the admitted candidate through e-mail.
• . No correspondence from the candidates/guardians/parents will be entertained by the Council for seeking permission for late registration/admission.

Physical Reporting at the finally allotted university

• During the time of Physical reporting candidate must show the original documents required.
• After the acceptance of Seat allotment fees candidates need to pay the rest of the fees to the university.
• If any candidates fail to pay the Fee or show the original document their seat will be canceled.
