CET Delhi 2024 eligibility criteria have been mandated by the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU). You will be required to fulfill minimum eligibility criteria for CET Delhi 2024 registration process, which is expected to begin from May 03, 2024.

The eligibility criteria to apply for CET Delhi 2024 exam is completing class 12 with minimum 35% marks aggregate marks in pure science streams. If you are a class 10th passed applicant, you can also make yourself eligible for CET Delhi 2024 entrance examination. For Lateral Entry to Full-time Diploma Programs through CET 2024 exams, you must pass class 10 + ITI (2 years) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or passed class XII or equivalent with Mathematics or Technical Vocational subject.

CET Delhi 2024 is a state-level entrance examination. The test is conducted by the Delhi Skills and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU). The exam offers admission to certification and diploma programs in Engineering & Technology, non-Engineering, Pharmacy, diploma courses in polytechnic at several institutes across Delhi. There are over 19 Delhi Polytechnic institutes in which you can take admission with CET Delhi 2024 marks.

Ques. Is there any age limit for CET Delhi 2024 exam?

Ans.CET Delhi 2024 exam has age limit of 21 years for General category male and 23 years for female candidates. However, the OBC category male students’ age limit is 24 years and 26 years of female students.

Ques. I have not studied Biology in my 12th, so can I take admission for Diploma in Pharmacy?

Ans.Yes, you can still apply for Diploma in Pharmacy. Eligibility criteria to apply for Diploma in Pharmacy through CET Delhi 2024 examination is passing class 12 or equivalent with subject combinations of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics.

CET Delhi Eligibility Conditions

CET Delhi Examination is conducted at the State level. The candidates have to select one of the five Tests while applying online. Here are the test wise CET Delhi eligibility conditions to know the minimum age, academic qualification, and marks for applying and appearing for CET  Examination and Admission Process:

CET Delhi Test - 1

  • Candidates should have English, Science and Mathematics in Class X or Equivalent Examination as Compulsory subject.
  • Candidates should have passed Class X or any other equivalent to Class X examination, with a minimum of 35% aggregate in Science, Mathematics and English.
  • Candidates should have also passed in Science, Mathematics and English individually.
  • Candidates, age must be a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 21 years.

CET Delhi Test - 2

CET Delhi  Eligibility Criteria for Candidate applying for Modern Office Practice(English)/One year Certificate courses (Hospitality operations, Retail Services and Finance Executive) in WCSC is:

  • Candidates should have English as a Compulsory subject in Class XII or Equivalent Examination.
  • Candidates should have passed Class XII of the CBSE or any other recognized examination equivalent to Class XII examination in any stream with a minimum of 45% aggregate of the best three subjects including English. Candidates should also have passed English individually.
  • Candidates age must be a minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 24 years.

CET Delhi Test - 3

CET Delhi Eligibility Criteria for Candidate applying for Modern Office Practice(Hindi):

  • Candidates should have Hindi/Sanskrit as a Compulsory subject in Class XII or Equivalent Examination.
  • Candidates should have passed Class XII of the CBSE or any other recognized examination equivalent to Class XII examination in any stream with the minimum of 45% aggregate of the best three subjects including Hindi/Sanskrit. Candidates should also have passed Hindi/Sanskrit individually.
  • Candidates age must be a minimum of 17 years and the maximum of 24 years.

CET Delhi Test - 4

CET Delhi Eligibility Criteria for Candidate applying for Pharmacy:

  • Candidates should have English, Physics, Mathematics and either Mathematics or Biology as Compulsory subjects in Class XII.
  • Candidates should have passed Class XII of the CBSE, Delhi in Science stream with the minimum of 45% in aggregate of Physics, Mathematics and either Mathematics or Biology.
  • Candidates should also have passing marks in English, Physics, Mathematics and either Mathematics or Biology individually.
  • Candidates age must be minimum of 17 years and the maximum of 24 years.

CET Delhi Eligibility Criteria for Candidates applying for 1 year Certificate Course Software Testing Assistant in WCSC is:

  • Candidates should have English, Physics, Mathematics and either Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects in Class XII or Equivalent Examination.
  • Candidates should have passed Class XII of the CBSE, Delhi or any other recognized examination equivalent to Class XII examination in Science stream with the minimum of 45% in aggregate of Physics, Mathematics and either Mathematics or Biology.
  • Candidates should also have passing marks in English, Physics, Mathematics and either Mathematics or Biology individually.
  • Candidates age must be minimum of 17 years and the maximum of 24 years.

CET Delhi Test - 5

CET Delhi  Eligibility Criteria for admission to the Lateral entry of ITI/10+2 (Vocational Stream) pass outs for admission to the 3rd semester in analogous Diploma courses.

  • The candidate should have passed the Analogous 12th Vocational(Engineering) stream of CBSE or equivalent School located in Delhi Only.
  • Candidates must have passed the above-mentioned exam with a minimum of 60% aggregate of the best five subjects which is mentioned in the mark sheet.

OR

  • The candidate should have passed Class X of CBSE or equivalent + 2 years ITI(Engineering) from ITIs/ITCs.
  • ITIs/ITCs must be from the institute located only in Delhi and affiliated to DGE&T/BTE, Delhi
  • Candidates must have passed the above-mentioned exam with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all subjects mentioned in the mark sheet.
  • Candidates age must be a minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 24 years.
