The eligibility criteria to apply for CET Delhi 2024 exam is completing class 12 with minimum 35% marks aggregate marks in pure science streams. CET Delhi Eligibility
The candidates need to fulfill the following CET Delhi Eligibility Criteria in order to appear for the exam. The eligibility for each of the five courses, for which CET Delhi is conducted, is different but the basic eligibility conditions have been stated below for candidate’s convenience:
- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 education with 45% aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks for reserved categories) from CBSE board or equivalent.
- Candidates who wish to apply for Engineering/Technology based Diploma Courses and Occupational Courses must have passed class 10th examination or some equivalent exams with 35% aggregate marks at least.
- Age relaxations are provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC and PwD categories.
CET Delhi General Instructions
There are several general instructions that must be followed by candidates who wish to appear for CET Delhi . Given below are the instructions given by the Department of Training and Technical Education:
- Access the official website of CET Delhi to fill the online Application Form.
- Candidates must fill all the mandatory details carefully.
- New candidates will have to perform CET Delhi registration steps first and then proceed to the application form filling procedure.
- Candidates can pay the application fee both through online as well as offline mode. If you choose to pay online, keep your credit/debit card ready.
- Candidates must get a scanned copy of a photograph, signatures and thumb impression.
Instructions for Filling CET Delhi Application Form
CET Delhi Application Form can be filled by visiting the official website. Given below are the steps to fill CET Delhi Application Form:
- Fill the Registration Form: New users will be required to register for the CET Delhi exam. Candidates will be required to choose the test number for which they wish to appear. Fill all the details required for registration to obtain Registration Number and password.
- Fill the Application Form: Once the Registration number and password have been obtained, use them to sign and fill the application form. In the application form, candidates will have to fill personal details, course application details, educational details and communication details.
After filling these details click on the declaration box and click on “final submit”.
- Upload required documents: You will be redirected to a new page after filling the application form. Secure the application number and proceed to the next step i.e. uploading the documents. Candidates must upload their passport size photograph, signatures and thumb impression according to the specified dimensions.
- Pay the Examination fee: a new page will appear after uploading the documents and the candidate will be asked to choose the mode of payment. If a candidate chooses to pay online through credit/debit card, he/she will have to enter particulars such as card number, expiration date, card holder name, etc.
For candidates choosing to pay examination fee offline, a challan will be generated. Candidates must take the print out of the challan to the corporation bank and submit the fee.

CET Delhi Application Fee
Once CET Delhi application form is completely filled and the documents have been uploaded, the candidate is redirected to a new page where he/she is asked to choose from among two options, online mode of payment or offline mode of payment. Here are the details for both the modes of payment of CET Delhi Application Fee:
Online Mode
If a candidate chooses to pay CET Delhi Application Fee online, he/she must keep debit/credit card ready. Candidates will have to enter details such as card number, expiration date and card holder’s name. Click on “make payment” to pay the application fee.
Offline Mode
Candidates who wish to pay through offline mode will get a challan which will be generated automatically. Candidates must take out the print of the automatically generated challan and go to the nearby Corporation Bank. The fee status of the applicant will be updated within 48 hours of the submission of fees.
Important Document Required for CET Delhi Registration
Candidates will be required to attach some important documents while filling their CET Delhi Application Form. If a candidate fails to attach these documents, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled. The required documents are as follows:

- Thumb Impression
