CEETA PG 2024 Counselling will be commenced from May 2024. It will be conducted by the Anna University, Chennai. The counselling will be commenced through online mode. The candidates cannot participate in the counselling process without paying the fee. After the counselling fee is paid, the CEETA PG 2024 seat allotment process will begin, and the available choices will be displayed on the screen.

CEETA PG 2024 cut off will be the minimum marks that candidates have to obtain to qualify the examination. Candidates will be able to check their scores in order to get admission in various colleges offered by the university.

CEETA PG 2024 scorecards has been released onApril 3 and can be downloaded till May 3, 2024. The results of CEETA 2024 has been announced on March 28, 2024. The CEETA PG 2024 Final answer key has been released on March 22, 2024. You can access the CEETA PG 2024 Final answer key PDF from the login dashboard on the official website –  tancet.annauniv.edu. 

The final answer key is released for ME, MTech, MArch, and MPlan. You can now estimate your scores by comparing your answers to the key. To do this effectively, understanding the CEETA PG marking scheme is crucial. Earlier, the officials released the CEETA PG provisional answer key on March 13, 2024. 

CEETA PG exam was conducted in offline mode. There were 115 questions in the paper. Multiple choice questions were asked in the paper. 2 hours has been given to the candidates to complete the paper. The paper was in English & Tamil language. For every correct answer, 1 mark has been provided and 1/3 marks has been deducted for each wrong answer.

  • You must have bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized board or university to be eligible for CEETA PG.
  • Those who are appearing in the final year of graduation degree will be also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates in the qualifying degree must have obtained aggregate of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category of Tamil Nadu) to be eligible.
  • Candidates with GATE scores also have to appear for CEETA PG.

To begin with CEETA PG 2024 application process, the candidates must first register themselves with Anna University’s official online portal by following the below-mentioned steps.

New Candidate Registration

Step 1: Open the official website of Anna University and click on the link for ‘CEETA PG 2024 registration’.
Step 2: A new registration window will appear on the screen asking for details.
Step 3: Now, fill in the required details like email id, name of the candidate, mobile number, date of birth, etc. on the registration form.
Step 4: Select the name of the exam from the dropdown menu list.

CEETA PG 2024 Educational Qualifications for M. E./ M. Tech./ M. Arch./ M. Plan. Admission

To appear in the CEETA PG 2024 exam, candidates must qualify for any of the following criteria. The government of Tamil Nadu provides relaxation in minimum marks for the candidates belonging to BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA, and ST categories in Tamil Nadu.

  • Candidates must have a degree in B. E./ B. Tech./ B. Arch or B.Pharm programs or a master’s degree in any of the relevant arts/ science courses from any recognized university with at least 50% of marks (45% for BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA, and ST categories in Tamil Nadu).
  • Candidates must have completed class 12 or class 10 + 3 years diploma awarded by the State Board of Technical Education.
  • Candidates with section A and B certificates from A.M.I.E and other similar institutions (Aeronautical Society of India) are eligible.
  • Candidates having an AIIA (Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects) certificate are eligible for the M. Arch. program.
