Course Structure
The course curriculum is divided in 8 semesters and consists of theoretical, conceptual and practical papers to impart an all-round knowledge of the fashion technology domain. Practical papers are an important aspect of this course. Students undergo various trainings ranging from Pattern making to Fabric construction lab.
Course delivery methods include, lectures, presentations, lab, seminars and industry visits. Internal Assessment is based on performance in assignments, projects, presentations and practical.
Students are also required to undergo an industry training of minimum 6 weeks in fashion industry or related organization. The industry training helps learn practical nature of the skills learned in the program.
